Handy App but Flawed. #1 Aggravation.. Notification arrives well after payment is posted... several hours or next day = Pointless. The collection and distribution of data is incorrect & inaccurate in my case .. where and what money was spent on. Otherwise.. I'd rather use 'This App', than have to Call for the information.

Terrible! Its not accepted in most places, you never know if you will be able to withdraw money, most of the ATM machines that are supposed to be in network and not charge to get money do make you pay approx $4.00 per use which its outrageous! I never expected to receive such mediocre card from the I.R.S. It's shameful. Customer Service as well needs lots of training and improvement. Often you try yo pay somewhere like supermarket and it doesn't work! Its an embarrassment after another.

Having the same struggles as the previous review left here. The website works, not the app for about a month now. From the website, I'm struggling with being able to open up the 'detals' link on my alerts.

It's a good app, but I just really wish that it included deposit information. Especially pending deposits.

The app keeps telling me its unable to sign in or it force closes or the app will open up while I'm using another app for no reason. Says my I for is wrong when I try to sign in on the app but i use the same i for to sign in on chrome.

The app has been force closing itself since last month. Only seems to happen on tuesdays which is when the deposits are supposed to load. Ive had the app for years and never had any real problems until now

I can sign in on the website just fine, but every time I try to sign in on the app it tells me my username/password is wrong.

I like it but i would like it to be able to transfer back and forth from the cards.. but once you transfer to 1 card you can't transfer back...that's disappointing .
