The new currency is so annoying! You played the snaptastic then always receives a lower coins until u can't spin anymore. No matter how many receipts you snapped there's a very small chance to win a cashback. Its a waste of time and data! I decided not to snap receipt anymore since my cashback not increase since they change the currency. 👎 Hope u will change to the previous currency. Thanks!

I used to snap all of my receipt with this app, and loved it, now the main currency is "coin" and the chance to get cashback is very low. I am user from 2015, and I am very disappointed with this decision in the company. Good Bye Snapcart.

I need to know if this app is still operational. It use to be cool but now all you earn are points which you have .99% chance to earn cash. How can you when what they offer is just spin the wheel and all you get in return are also points. To add, you can't cashout your earned cash because it requires you to have atleast 2,200 to do so. Like damn, even if i will spin everyday for 20 years, how can i earn that 2,200 to cash it out. I only 17 pesos on my account & that's what I earn for 2 yrs!!!!

It's going worst, my receipt rejected more often with weird reasons. First, my receipt rejected because of date but in my receipt the date written same as i upload the receipt. Second, my receipt rejected because receipt has been snapped but i just snap and upload it only once. Third, my receipt rejected with no reason at all. Fourth, my ticket about my 3 receipt above deleted with no reason too. Fifth, contact center very slow respons and no notification

Not recommended. In the older version, you can cash out with a minimum of 200 php, but now it's 2,220 php. It's a waste of time considering the fact that all your receipts are just rewarded with coins wherein the older version, the more amount within your receipt, the more cashback you will earn. What a disappointment.

2220 minimum cashout, only gives you cents per receipt. Waste of time.

It was way better before. Each receipt is detected properly by the system and duplicates are not accepted. But it's not the case now. I tested it with a mere paper and I still get points. Plus, there seems to be an error with the Spin Price. It says 10x spin costs 50000, but each spin is just 500. Doing the math, should it just be 5000? I tried to reach out to support like I did before but the upper right hand support icon seems no longer functional.
