Also have an issue with crashing every time I try to load a video. Says another trim process is running. Have to force stop and clear the cache for it to work. Every single time. Not great.

In general I like the app, and my family enjoys using it. I don't like the new gallery though. The old one (which was divided up by months and easy to scroll through) was much more convenient for reflecting back on photos. I wish that was still an option.

I loved this app when I downloaded it over three years ago, but for the last year or so it has been increasingly glitchy. The worst part is that ok no longer able to share photos from within any photo apps - instead I have to open 23Snaps and fetch the photos from the correct folder, and sometimes 23Snaps doesn't "see" the folder with the photos so I have to move them around on my phone to a place that's recognized. At this point I'd like to switch to a new app.

Now Google are threatening to start charging, and Google photos is great for a free photo sharing service, mediocre if costing, I'm looking for alternatives. I'm told I've the old version which had some bugs, however i see no option on Google play to download any other version. Thank you for replying, I've increased the stars for good customer support :)

I really like the idea of this app, but I have been continually let down by its functionality. I continue to have issues (using a samsung/android) with uploading videos as well as navigating small bugs throughout the app. I hope they can fix these issues because it could be a really great app. It has been a nice way to connect with family without having to be on social media sites.

Love this app, I can keep all of my family's memories with pictures and videos in one spot that's easily accessible. Great to see how they've changed over the years. Been using 23snaps since 2013. Note: As of late, the option to view photos in my time machine by shaking my phone to load them has not been working. Can we get an update to target this, please?

Really frustrated there hasn't been an update since 2018 on Android. I have not been able to upload any videos for a good 12months. What is happening. I have sent so many emails before with no response. Have seen on below reviews there is an update being version 8. This isn't showing as available for me to update. Still on version 7.

Sept 2019:Works well until it doesn't! Sometimes it takes a few attempts to upload sometimes you just can't. I only upload from my phone so could be an Android update issue (on Android 10 with a pixel 3a). I'd love a response... Oct 2019: no response. It's got even worse. Uploading photos is just a pain. You try maybe 3 times and then you give up.
