- The My Duties screen now has an action available when tapping on shifts to 'Cancel Shift'. Shifts can only be cancelled when they are different to your rostered posting. This requires your organisation to have the latest upgrade and to configure the feature.

Simply the worst clunky ,unstable platform ever ,between the users and the software developer there are no way of even beginning to anticipate what this thing will do. Support is a circus act too I've requested new log in details with the email I'm connected to work with and it won't send. As has been suggested I'm sure there is off the shelf software available that will do a better job.

I use this app often and find it to be quite good- when it works. For some reason it keeps 'freezing' and i have to uninstall and re-install (android phone I keep hearing that "a fix is being worked on".

This is the app that is making the act of volunteering as hard and opaque as it could ever be, for 30,000 St John Covid vaccination volunteers. For the end user, there is no clear picture available of shift status, leading to huge confusion and disillusionment. One of the more shameful applications I've had the misfortune to use - and I've come across some stinkers...

The GRS Mobile App is archaic and one of the worst apps I have come across in recent times. It is so onerous to use that it puts one off even trying. The list of weaknesses is so long I can't even begin to list them here. I have however provided them to SJA through whom we have been volunteering.

Just installed to try to sync my shifts with my calendar automatically, the app asks for permission for GPS location for no obvious reason, then it's just a white screen. When I did use it on a previous handset I found the app very poor with limited functionality. They need to bite the bullet and bring in a competent app developer to build a new interface from scratch with full functionality.

Extremely slow, bare bones and unfortunately every single time I close the app down I have to reset it as the authorisation button doesn't work. Not only that, because you have to scan a qr code, I have to have a second screen available with the qr code on, so unless I print it off and keep it with me I have to wait until I'm home to even access the app. Honestly appalling for how important this app is.

All of a sudden it won't show me shifts. It seems to have decided that it's now a link to MS account. When I enter the correct password its been taking me back to entering my email, and round and round I go. So I made the password match (😡) eventually almost 24 hours later it 'accepts' my password only to take me to Microsoft pages and not GRS. Its not even SJA MS. Thoroughly fed up and losing the will to live 😢

What a pile of poo! Using it with St John Ambulance. Very difficult to find anything. Very slow. Often just sits there with blank screen before saying an error has occurred. Waste of my time. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, re authenticated so many times. Not fit for purpose. Avoid!
