This app and device worked well initially, but the malfunctions began after about a week in. I own other Sony bluetooth headsets and none of them experienced the level of glitches this one does. The headset cuts out any time I get a phone call, so it's pretty useless, and actively annoying. A major step back from the SBH52 I knew and loved. Boo, Sony! Boooooo!

Immediately uninstalled and product return. Dislike SBH56 due to lack of media buttons (only 1 button, not willing to 2/3 click). App doesn't make product worth keeping. SBH54 was best so far. Has screen and media buttons.

Only calls out callers name once (when you first enabled) but then never calls out the name until you disable the option then re-enable it. Also we need the option to read out the name off text messages like previous Sony Bluetooth headsets. Using headset with an Xperia XZ Premium

This app needs an update urgently, Camera button didn't work well never. After some months of use... Bluetooth is disconnected constantly.

It switch headset buttons with Gkeyboard. So I can't type any symbol.
