First day of buying this. I set it up and use it til 70%.I put it to charge after turning it off. 4 hours later, I turn it on, and it disconnected. I try to reconnect, connects for a second then refuses. I delete the app and try again. Doesn't connect. What a waste of my money, and I'm going to get a refund to simply get a fitbit. Would give 0 stars. Don't buy this.

Great smartband and very accurate pulse reading too (I compared it with a pulse reader at the local hospital, they were totally synchronized). A big plus for the HRV (Heart Rate Variability), which is great for knowing how stressed you are, or if you're in recovery mode. What's lacking right know is blood pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue levels and Cronometer integration (it already has Google Fit integration, which is cool). On that note, Google Fit isn't good at picking up sleep statistics.

I notice one problem. Everything is work fine until someone call me on phone and after that i lose connection with Smartband 2. I can't do anything to connect again. It not responding any kind of manipulation with button or over NFC. I must plug to charger and unplug after which is unblocked. After that it can connect back until someone call me it happen again.

Doesn't install updates onto my Smartband therefore I can't use it. App hasn't been updated for 9 months so I guess this device is obsolete. After a turning phone off and on updating some software and leaving for a day, the updates onto my Smartband worked this time around. So fortunately I can use the device now. Seems to measure heart rate fine which is all I use it for. Real time heart rate updates are hit and miss. I prefer to use the suggested Lifelong app for the data. Now the device is working I've upgraded rating from 1 to 3 stars.

there is definitely an issue with updating band as others write. I bought it new and out of box couldn't update it with my pixel 2 android 10. it says update interrupted. but using sony xa1 android 8 I finished updating. app feels outdated but overall works ok. I was interested in smart alarm and I am satisfied with it.

Keeps battling to connect. Just downloaded the app. Wanted to connect the device but it wants to update first. It starts then it says 'Update interrupted. Reconnect device.' So I tried reinstalling the app. Same issue. I am uninstalling the app.

My smartband stopped working after the update, the Bluetooth connection is completely gone, tried on several devices but it won't appear. Turns on/off fine, Bluetooth function is disabled somehow

I love my SmartBand, i've always used the lifelog app with it. Recently after a lifelog update it's no longer fit for use, all i'm left with now are the limited functions of this app (steps and heart rate).

Only allows basic information, as another app needs installing to log your details. The app should also allow users to check & update the smartband firmware.

The app kept trying to update my band and disconnecting halfway through so I couldn't use it at all. Very disappointed.
