Sophos Network Agent allows a local network user to authenticate himself/herself to the Sophos XG Firewall with an Android device. Once the connection is established and the user is recognized, the device can be used for browsing through the Internet, according to the current user policy set up by the administrator. More information can be found here. Features: - Communication is done via an encrypted, secured connection (TLS) - Additional validation of the connected server - Easy to use, with minimum initial setup - Minimum interaction required (bringing the app into foreground automatically authenticates the user) NOTE - The app requires network connectivity (Wi-Fi) in order to work. Losing connectivity results into disconnecting the user. Connection must then be re-established in order for the user to be authenticated. - Please not that if only cellular traffic is turned on or the Wi-Fi network is not the default one, the App will refuse to connect to the Firewall. - The app works only with Sophos XG Firewall. - When launching the app for the first time, the "No certificate found" error might be seen. You need to log into User Portal with your Sophos Firewall username and download the required certificate from there. After importing it into the app, the error will go away and connection will be possible. See help section for more information. - The required certificate can also be imported from file/commander apps and not only from the browser; please note that some apps do not properly set the correct MIME-type and therefore the option to import the certificate is not shown, something we cannot influence. Please turn to other file apps or to the Chrome browser if you experience any troubles.

What's the point of having this app if it doesn't work on a mobile network. This app works only if you're connected on a WIFI network. I'm a server admin and the only reason I've downloaded this andriod agent is to get the server access in a case of emergency when I'm not indoors. I hope you guys do something about this.

Worst network agent app. Lots of procedure to download different certificates and then you will be able to connect. Even if you are connected then also can't load the google homepage,youtube etc. The 1.7 rating shows your service, I hope you are aware with that. Only 1 guy gave 5 star don't kniw how!..Just because my university I m installed it. I think play store need to remove such app.

This android app sucks because it fails to do what it should do. Logs out from the network every ~9/10 times just after putting the app in the background, while the windows version works just fine. Sophos being a reputed company should seriously work out with this.

Very poor app. Using a chrome window works 100 times better. Gets disconnected, doesn't connect, doesn't reconnect. Will definitely recommend some other app. Avoid as much as possible

Was using it well till yesterday when I was unable to login. The message reads "cannot evaluate trust". Neither mine nor others passwords work on it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted the phone, reinstalled the security certificate...nothing has worked

This is one of the worst network agents ever. It keeps logging me out and sometimes when I try to log in it just gets stuck. No support and no updates from the developers. Such a shame not even worthy of a star.

I'm unable to logout from my phone and login to a new device... You only need to login first then the next time it will login on its own and there's no option for logout so that I can connect to other network.

Importing certificate is difficult process. Simple to use after that. đź’Ą One critical bug - After installing app, all excel files are getting open inside this agent. Cannot use already installed excel app for that use. No option to clear filetype association. Please solve this.

App cannot differentiate from my secure Network that needs the login and any other Network. App regularly times out and 'doesn't respond' even after setting limit on firewall to 1440 hours. Please fix.
