I had music I purchased and downloaded that is now missing from my music library! The songs that are there play about halfway through and then just stop for no reason. I tried buying some more music and it charged me but won't download at all! I'm going to try taking it into the store, but I'm very frustrated right now!

Ok, loading screen takes forever You can't sort your playlists (seriously) To get to your playlists - Open app Click library Click My music On the far right, click playlists Then finally you can select a playlist. Now it charges me for songs but they don't download! The support contact below is a Gmail account, how sketchy is that. Who on earth designed this?

I have read several reviews about this app what problems what others they experienced. Some called customer service and they give them a solution but nothing worked. I never used it, it's not worth it to try. One thing I would do is update my phone and see what happens.

I've been having trouble with this app for years! I'm disgusted! I've called cust. svc numerous times to help fix the problem. I've gotten many different responses & ways of how to resolve the issue, but it had yet to be resolved! The cust. rep tells me to restart my phone, that it's definitely fixed, then wants to hang up. I'll repeated ask if it'll work, because nothing else has, they say yes. I hang up, restart phone & nothing!!! Back to square one!!!!

so I have had this app since they came out with it and it has never given me any problems, until about 6 months ago. I have called three times, they where still charging me for two of the bundle services you pay for. The one thing they say is supposed to be fixed but still has not gotten fixed is the app itself. It just keeps saying some kind of error and then goes to my songs I have already purchased and want let me go to buy any new songs or ringtones and it want let me sign back up.

HORRIBLE!!! I used to like this app. Now, with my new Galaxy Note 9, I can't use ringbacks. The app won't let me subscribe. I keep getting an error. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! I sent an email to the app with a screen cap of the error. I never got a reply. Poor business ethics. I want my ringback!

They offer a Ringback Subscription that DOES NOT WORK. They continue to offer it when it is impossible to subscribe. Kept getting errors trying to re-subscribe and was on "chat support" for almost 2 hours with an escalation just to be told the service is no longer available and they are looking for a replacement service. I am DONE!
