Ever since I switched to a Moto 1 5G ACE I NEVER EVER get VM or a notification for my VM.. I have to call my VM number and listen to them on my phone I have sent emails and still no response from the creator. I have missed very important VM because if this still looking for another trustworthy VM app!

Like others say, you can't hear the message. My wife calls on the phone and I hear it perfectly fine. She leaves a voicemail and I can't hear it even though the volume is on 10. If I put the ear buds in, I can kinda hear it. Since Sprint is being taken over by TMoble, I'm pretty sure this won't be fixed and I'll just be told to switch to t-mobile as a solution. If I could hear the message, it would be great.

This is not an enhanced experience! I don't know what is going on with this program but it needs to be fixed! I've been wasting money on it through my service provider until I realized my mailbox was full and haven't received any notifications for a couple months now. When I open it now it has errors and struggling to synch.

App was great on Boost Mobile network now this app is no good it keeps having an error and keeps telling me to call voicemail and it never fixes the problem . I've done all the troubleshooting clear cache, clear data uninstall and install etc etc so frustrating. I'm on a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It's time to find a 3rd party app that works because Sprint visual voicemail /Boostmobile can't step up and take care of the problems to solve these kinds of issues.

Works pretty well. As for "can't hear the messages" complaints, please note that you need to turn up your "media" volume. The app is dumb and defaults to the "in-call volume," which does nothing. If they fixed that, it would be nice.
