No help at all! Doesnt show real time usage. Doesn't tell you whats using up the most wattage. Doesn't do much of anything but harass you to put more money on meter! I feel electricity went way up because it shows I use 11 bucks a day but I haven't a clue on what! Only 3 people live here!!

I can fund the M-Power "card" from my phone (checking account ) , and immediately send that credit to the M-Power meter. No more going to a kiosk , no chip card necessary , no feeding $$ in the kiosk. The App shows purchases of electric , and the daily use (in dollars/cents) Excellent App !!

DOESNT take money out right away from your debit card ANYMORE so make sure you don't spend your ten bucks that was suppose to go on srp because they take it out the next day. App shows I had 7 bucks and change but in reality I had 1 dollar and change. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!

App shows $6.45 left but mpower went out leaving my kids without electricity. The app should show credit remaining in real time. This happens often when im not home. As a struggling single mom it's difficult to always keep a sufficient amount on there

Terrible. It only tells you power remaining based on an average day's usage. The app does not alert when your balance is about to hit 0. Very late when displaying new balances and outages.

No problems I read all of these negative reviews and I have no idea what they are talking about. If they don't have power then it's not this app, it's their power company. My payments are never duplicated. One time I forgot to check my balance and came home to No electricity. Opened up the app made a payment and it was on within 30 seconds

You have to link a bank account instead of a debit card but it's much easier to pay for electricity and shows up instantly

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. You can take care of all your SRP bussines with this app. And it's VERY user friendly!!! I wish all apps were as useful and easy as this one!! If you're an SRP customer, I strongly reccomend downloading this app.

Worst app ever, alway goes down. I ask to be notified 3 days before my electricity needs to be paid again and it always does it too early and the only way to get the annoying beeping to stop is to pay again even when i have several days left i would give this app 0 stars if i could

I am not a fan of this app at all! After getting a little behind on our monthly bill we switch to mpower which was supposed to make life a little bit easier, and I did but it didn't. It's wonderful that they allow you to pay off an accrued debt through mpower, however the app has a lot of glitches that may charge you multiple times when you only hit submit once. this the current issue we have right now. Hit submit one time, and it charged me five times! No power at all for a week now!
