There is always an error. this morning I can't even login to the app to check my acct balance. this bank has disgraced me plenty times. Worst service ever. please stay away from the bank. or u might end up shopping and not be able transfer your own money out. this has happened to me over 10 times.

I have been trying to reach this people on phone for the past 1 week they would waste my airtime and no response... Very nonsensical attitude..I can't go the branch because I have an accident I can't be moving around always.

I really like the app but there is one major flaw. This has to do with checking a transfer information. It only shows you the amount, no information who it was sent to and also I do not get receipts for the transactions the file is missing when trying to attach it to either WhatsApp or email. This has happened with 3 different high end phones (pixel 2, pixel 3 and oppo) I have so it's not a phone issue. Fix these issues and I will increase the rating.

It hangs like almost all the time and that's asides it logging you out even while you're still typing oo. Not that you left the app idle. The app has been updated too do what's the excuse. Then join that multiple beneficiaries option, how can it be used when session is ended even before you've done your transaction. The app has a lot of work to be done on it.

This is so serious and so so annoying. The App was working fine and suddenly it started misbehaving. Now I can't even login into my account as it keeps showing loggin in and it will remain like that forever. I have a new phone and I equally have other mobile apps that are working well. You need to fix this as this is not my phone problems. This sucks I swear and so frustrating.

The UI Is Quite Impressive, its very colorful and beautiful, i would give you a 5 Star, But i Noticed the response time while browsing tabs and Logging in Speed, is significantly much more slower than the previous version and needs a much faster internet speed, guess its because of added features. But functionality is impressive and bugs seems to be fixed for now. I had no problem signing in and this new UI is classy. So beautiful.

Stanbicibtc are really loosing their game. When an app has a rating of less than 4 stars the developer needs to really start thinking about improving the app. I just spent the last 1 hour trying to save a transaction receipt to my phone after successfully generating it. I had to upload the transaction receipt to my google drive before i could download it to my phone. The old app simply had a save button that will allow you to download a transaction receipt directly to your phone.

This super app is a bust. Poor UI and performance. Logging issues, loading issues, only one of the multiple beneficiary transfer is successful. The bank as a whole is regressing, the state of the app is just a reflection. Successful login isn't guaranteed 😞.
