I am unimpressed with this app. I can't navigate to all brands of shoes. It is showing me next to nothing for purchase, and I don't have local inventory selected.

I was excited about the app and rewards. I use garmin connect and the fleet feet app does not consistently sync or add miles. For example from this week, one day I ran 7 (it added them), 10 miles the next day (did not add them), next day 8 (added). It's frustrating especially if you have your eye on trying to enter a contest. I'm not sure how much longer I'll use the app because of it. The rewards are always enticing.

After connecting my strava and my garmin, I got some initial "miles" toward rewards, but it now has stopped linking with both accounts; I am no longer receiving "miles" for my runs. Obviously, this app is brand new and still has a couple issues to be addressed. Overall, I'm still excited for this app and look forward to all the bugs being worked out.

Entering my birthdate was not great. Needs a way to just enter the information, not have to scroll through each month of the year for however many years ago we were born. Also, the goal is to collect miles and it doesn't have my workout device attached. Only Garmin and Strava. What about Fitbit and some other fairly popular ones?

I have contacted Fleet Feet via email, phone & in person at The Woodlands location.I also emailed corporate. I always have issues with my rewards points. The employees at this store(Woodlands)acted irritated & bothered when I asked why my rewards points were not visible on the app. They found them on the store computer & I was able to utilize them. After my next purchase, I'm having the same exact issues! I deleted my Fleet Feet app three times & reinstalled it.Still no luck!!

Friendly, cares for there Customer. Explains the 3D scan of your feet and fit shoes perfectly to your feet. Abby helped me and was very polite with "Yes Ma'am, No Ma'am", smile on her face all the time and overall a wonderful young lady. I highly recommend Fleet Feet for everyones feet that work hard every day. Thank you Abby and Fleet Feet of Roanoke, VA.

I cannot login after this last update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times now. UPDATE 8/31: I still can't login to it. I keep getting an error that says something went wrong and try again later. :(

The shopping feature on the app leaves a lot to be desired. There is very little inventory shown on the app, and you can't search for a specific item. Bummed about that. Other than that, a standard app.

Per the description it should be possible to connect via Garmin connect. However, on the home screen there is only an option to connect via Strava. Does anyone know of the app currently still can connect via Garmin Connect and how?

Please change the manner in which we enter our date of birth in profile!! Instead of a pop-up calendar where I have to scroll back 40 years to tap my bday, how about doing it like every other website or app and allow users to type our bday manually! How hard is it really??
