I have been trying to set up the account for over an hour. It will not accept my email, then it accepts my email and will not except my password and keeps giving me error messages. So I tried to call the phone numbers, log into their website or do a chat. None of them work it is as if the company does not exist. Now as far as I'm concerned, this company does not exist and the equipment is garbage because I can't use it without an active account.

Ive had these cameras for several years and used to love them. My daughter borrowed them for a time and now that i have them back, i can't log in offer create a new account. Keep getting an error saying system services unable to reach network. Please resolve and I'll give a better rating

My app stopped working, wont even load without getting an error message. I have deleted & reinstalled twice now. I have emailed customer support & email was sent back stating delivery failure.

I've got two cameras and it seems that the server has low capacity. It didn't allow me to create the user, so now have two useless stem cameras.

This company is out of business, so you need an alternative way to view, alert, etc. for the cameras. This software no longer works, so no cloud storage either.

Doesn't work at all, and there is no contact support available. Phone lines always busy and the website route's you to another companies website.

As of 1 October 2018 these cameras no longer work. The email they sent says they have discontinued the service for them. These cameras are now paperweights at best.

Total waste does nothing cant even connect sux total bs you try to create an acct. Get it all done. CAN'T connect SAYS CAN NOT FIND SITE... A Waste of time space!!!!

seems that this is an obsolete product. the interface no longer works. wasted good money on a product they no longer support?
