Overnight, something has gone horribly wrong with this App. Last night I made my shopping list, and today, everything I added to that list has been wiped out. In addition, you cannot search for items now: search "bread" or "deli", and you get mostly unrelated results. There are a lot of things I hate about this App, but this is by far the worst thing that's happened. And the App continues to get worse instead of better. Thank God for Shoprite!

Probably one of the worse apps in the Playstore right now. Lags, freezes, none responsive to input, extremely slow. It's like it was developed with a children's coding kit. This is one of the worse apps I ever used, and nothing has changed with this app in 8 years. Since the store is far away from me, the fact that I can't utilize the app for certain things like downloading a digital coupon deterres me from making a trip to the store, like a whole lot of other people

This app is painfully laggy and slow, and many times when you try to select something you end up clicking something else because the page belatedly loaded something and moved the place you were originally aiming for. I don't remember it being so bad a few months ago, so I'm guessing whatever updates they've done in recent months have created errors and frustration in the user experience.

HORRIDLY slow, freezes, crashes, and God forbid you want to virtually clip coupons in which case you better have an hour to spare. Even Dollar General has a better app then this poor excuse that Stop&Shop's digital marketing team designed. Seriously bring back the old app from years ago, the glitches were far better then dealing with the countless hours of everyone "trying" to deal with this cluster of a mess you call an app

Take a few notes from the Walmart App. Seriously, I love my S&S but this app is ALWAYS slow and sometimes crashes completely. When clicking on "shop now" 90% of the time it says "no items found". Basically, to shop I have to type in each item into the search bar individually. PLEASE ADD A FAVORITES FEATURE THAT IS EASY TO USE SO I CAN REORDER ALL MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS WITH ONE CLICK!

This app has steadily deteriorated. Extremely slow loading, frequently freezes/crashes. Selection has decreased greatly. S&S appears to be under the impression I have hours to spend to place an order. While I prefer S&S to other stores, unless there's some improvement by the end of the year, I'll find another service. Needless to say, I'm at wit's end. S&S needs to address these long-standing issues, but they appear uninterested.

Poor Android optimization. Trying to checkout an app order within 15 minutes of time expiring means you have to click through 1000 warnings that time is running out (and you have to acknowledge that before you can add anything else to the cart, big PITA). The technology exists to give coupons automatically and to identify a loyalty customer with just their credit card, but you still need to spend all this time "clipping" virtual coupons in the app to get deals. Waste of time.

This app works fine but a serious suggestion for Stop and Shop. I literally waste 20-30 minutes going through and selecting coupons and have every other one open for details. It's frustrating. Please place a select all feature for your coupons. This will make things much quicker and easier. Thank you.

I just download this just to get the extra digital coupons. This app load so slow it need to upgrade into a faster speed. I have other supermarket doing the same and this takes forever!

The log in and password experience is horrible. It let me reset the password easily, but you can't save coupons without logging in and it won't allow me to link to an existing card (or get a new one) without phoning customer service. I'm so aggravated.
