If I could give this zero stars I would. I purchased an ST1 x and it will not connect I've returned to my Stromer bike store where I purchased the bike they have provided the best service possible, still it will not connect to Stromer services, and the GPS does not work. They replaced the Omni and that one did not work. I have had nothing but headaches and time wasted with this app. it's been very disappointing and I would not recommend it, I'd say stay away from it, it is garbage and useless.

When you are in the stromer store, they brag about the great from which you can lock and unlock your bike, where you can track your bike and much more. For such an expensive bike, I believed the seller about the app, however I couldn't be anymore wrong. tracking only works a few times, adapting setting almost never works. really the worst app you can imagine

Since last update October 5 2019 I have no connection. Shoes bike half way to my work and battery level at 37%. Although sometimes I am able to lock and unlock the bike with the app. It will not however update trips, location and battery status. Also shows the message "no connection to stromer" Everytime that I pull down to refresh the app and connect.

I have read only Luke warm review. My experience over the last month has been very different- GOOD. App works well in Canada; 3G has been solid and GPS works okay when outside. Seems to use 3g towers for locating when under cover so GPS can be off in this situation. app is simple but effective and works well through 3g An improvement could be to match GPS location with phone location, when they are in proximity to increase accuracy. Also be able to set a home (charger) location.

Once it connects for the 2nd time, I'll give it a new review/rating. My phone says connected, App says connecting, bike doesn't respond at all.... I've got €20 earbuds that have better Bluetooth connectivity then this +€6000 bike. And what is even worse, there is not one comment from the developers here, very proud of their job ?

The interface is a little clunky and the app keeps switching back and forth between metric and imperial sometimes from screen to screen. I like all the features offered but they don't always seem to work. The idea from Stromer is great. The application needs improvement.

Numbers in the app do not match the ones on the bike, sometimes they are even inconsistent within the app itself. Location of the Bike is often delayed or/and completely off. I wouldn't rely on it to get my stolen bike back. This app is early alpha stage at best.

Does not sync properly. Days of over 60km are not listed, changes are not saved, most of the time fails to connect, mix of units depending on the screen you are at and more. Most things do not work about it.

Worked okay for a couple months. Didn't use my st3 because of winter being a thing and now i can't log in and get 403 errors. It also has huge issues with auto filling password. Put some more devtime in and fix cause it's a useless mess right now.
