This has the potential to be a powerful app but it is not provisioned to deliver it's full potential. JPS should consider: instantaneous reading of your usage through the app, daily usage, ability to shut off the meter temporarily if you will be away. No point doing a smart metre drive without smart features for the consumer

This app is not user friendly and serves no purpose, i would rather wait for your bill and pay it through my bank. The app lacks a recovery method in the event u forget your password, no updates in sight for ui.

The hardest app to log into, when I did can't get information on my bill, it is telling me "data not available check back later." I am at this for more than 2 months now. This app needs some serious up grade

Every single negative review about this POS "app" is true . After going through the ridiculous process of registering and then getting the confirmation email , I tried to login only to see a warning " ..this IP is blocked from login for 24 hours " . This is why people despise JPS so much , all the money they take every month only to offe an app written by a 6 year old .

Couldn't login at all, constant error messages. It's like it was created by someone who knows nothing about technology. What is worse is that no one at JPS seems to care about all the complaints to even try to fix their broken app

This nonsense of an app really deserves a negative star: one positive star is being overly generous. It claims my account number is not in the system, and therefore cannot verify my credentials. I have been using the website for years, and continue to do so without issue. Whoever developed this app should be fired forthwith for gross incompetence.
