The app has been terrible the last week or so, taking forever to load, then when it does, it's giving readings from 3 years ago! Have had 2 messages within 2 days saying app is unavailable due to maintenance, but obviously the maintenance is not working!

If I'm able to log in, it's great. But it frequently and randomly locks me out telling me I've 'been temporarily blocked for security purposes'. Why?! The lack of consistency in access needs to be addressed.

Never use simply energy.customer service is really frustrating.They never give importance and priority to customer service.I had call them to dis connect my service but they did not.I got bill with increasing charge every time.Then i chat with them 2 times but they never care and got my bills in my email though i had already move out from that place.Never ever use simply energy

It will be even better if the self meter reading can be added to the app. When can we see this feature added?. Getting estimated bills every time because the meter guy can't be bothered opening the gate.

App is ok. Has some display issues. Usage "cost" doesn't display properly within screen real estate but overall gives you your information.
