The moment you put money in, you lose at least $25 because that's the MINIMUM withdrawal fee, or 0.1%, whichever is higher, and of course they don't tell you that when they take your money. I'll stick with other apps, which not only don't charge fees but actually cover even the gas fees when you withdraw from them. Enjoy the $25 that you took. I'm glad I found out before i recommended you to all my friends.

Terrible customer service with the locking and then terminating of account while using the app with no reason given by support staff. Long wait times for staff to respond to queries relating to transfers. Avoid at all costs and use something else.

While the app is snappy and useful, it can sometimes be fiddly to get to similar information (ie to view a cryptocurrency you use the marketplace menu, but to see your balance, send or exchange any you need to go to a different menu and navigate that one too) and the service fees can easily be a reason not to use the app. Service fees can also change depending on your balance (in a nutshell), the more you have the less you pay, which isn't helpful for building wealth.

Excellent service! Elegant design, detailed transactions and simple to invest. The only con I see is that most of the supported tokens rely on Ethereum (and its high fees) for deposit and withdrawals. Not a big deal as BNB and XRP are available and are good alternatives if you are planning to move some funds.

Love the app, the UI is very neat, but the information is hard to read/find on screen, especially the account page. I think it could use a re-work. I don't often use the app, I stake and then won't use it for weeks, but as a mobile dev myself, I think globally it could be simplified a lot for new users, especially inexperienced ones. Cheers to the team!

Whilst I did enjoy the app the interest on my crypto went way down so have gone else where. This app annoys me as it leaves behind small amounts of crypto "dust" and doesn't forward the full amount. I got like £0.02 of bitcoin and Eth left. Why not send it all???

Personally I'm really happy with this wallet, love the smart yield feature that allows you to gain interest on your assets without having to lock them up for weeks or months at a time, you only need to give 24hrs notice to take them out of the yield fund.
