Some issues with getting everything working. Couldn't register an account in the app, but I reinstalled it after tip from Tail It support and then registered with Facebook - worked great. Had issues registering the SIM card because I bought this through my mobile operator, and neither them or Tail It could help me and referred to the other part. No need to fill out any form, it won't be answered. Chat may be able to help you with certain things but the best support is on phone (I've used the Norwegian phone support). Finally, when I got the SIM card registered and the app up and running, it took approximately 8 hours for everything to just magically work together. Now my cat is outside with her brand new Tail It Pet and I can find her if the neighbor's dog chases her again :) Light and sound works, updating position manually demands patience, but live tracking works as a charm.

This is a work in progress, does what it says it does, the UI is not very intuitive at times Edit: I'm no longer able to log in and when I try the forgotten password and put in my phone number it just says "something went wrong, please try to reload the screen"

With the latest update, app immediately crashes after I log in. I have been using the service for about 2-3 months and I have to say that I have been really disappointed with the feature-set, the web app is terrible, the documentation on how to setup everything is even worse (inconsistencies, and mostly out of date). I wish I would have read the coomments here before I invested in this product.

Disappointed, not working as expected. I have had it for more than a year now, and it is slow to use and often does not update position at all. I was also hoping for frequent updates and new features, but haven't seen much. One tracker broke and they replaced it (took about 6 weeks), but the new one unfortunately seems even worse. Now the app started refusing to open with a warning about insecure connection, even after i wiped data and reinstalled the app.

AVOID. the product may work but the company's attitude and help is shocking. We couldn't get the device to work, the help desk said it was set up correct but they couldn't understand why the app wouldn't locate the collar. i assumed they would help further so i put it on my cat and he went out, and came back without it. The app could find my phone and other devices so there was clearly a problem with the collar. They will not help further so i'm now I'm left with no collar, and a 2 year SIM card subscription which is frozen. So in all about £250 down the drain and in their words 'they have done all they can to help'

Does not work at all. I don't remember how I got It working the first time. It won't let me log in because there is a difference between your account password for billing and stuff and the login number in the app. So when you change the password for the website, the app still stays the same. It does not recognize +(country code) and and uses 00(country code instead) took me a while to figure that out. Hurrendus location accuracy even though I live in suburban Norway with excellent reception.

App was working but is now disabled by random server problems about permissions. Also, the app and website require two separate accounts which is confusing and weird. This app/services does not offer historical tracking. You can't look at reports/maps that show the history of travels. All you can do is see the current location. Support stated that that feature may be coming in future released. No ETA was given. Support has not yet responded to the current server issues that have disabled the app.

I've had this tracker for just over a month, and it was working fine until a few days ago when the battery started to drain very quickly. I used to charge about once a week but now i have to charge every day otherwise the battery will go flat while my cat is out. I haven't been using the live tracking feature at all these past few days, too scared the battery will drain even faster. What is the problem???? Also I'm pretty sure i only bought a one month subscription, so how can I buy more??

We are very happy with the purchase. Although there were understandable delay due to the corona virus restrictions, the customer service were very eager to answer emailed questions (within hours). The installation process was easy, the app is quite nice with intuitional navigation. Also the location is depicted correctly. All in all, again very happy with the purchase. P.S. We've bought the Tail it device and wireless charger which also works with no flaw registred so far. Thank you a lot!

I ordered the pet tracker device and used it for just under 1 month knowing that if i didnt like it (as their website says) for any reason i can return it within 30 days, although the device worked well most of the time, it was incredibly frustrating waiting for the location to work, most of the time it just whirred round and round and round, sometimes it did work and sometimes it didnt, i had to keep going back to device after seaching on the map for it to give me a proper location and even then i didnt know if it was absolutely accurate. Also even though the website says its the smallest device on the market, it was BIG and looked abit stupid hanging under my cats neck on the breakaway collar like a necklace with a pendant, my cat weighs just under 5.5kg and there is no way i could put this on my smaller 3kg cat. I was absolutely paranoid that i would lose the device the whole time because of the breakaway collar and therefore it would be money down the drain..... unless of course i was willing to knock on all the neighbours doors to try and find it which probably would have been doubtful.... therefore after much delibaration i contacted customer service and requested to return it. I had to give reasons which i felt were completely justified and they tried to keep me as a customer however i just insisted that i would like my money back and then returned the product which was fairly straightforward after filling in a returns form. Cheapest price i could find shipping from the UK to Norway about £12 - Worldwide Parcel Services, I received my refund within a few days of the tracker reaching them. If like me you live in a fairly built up area i would not recommend this product.
