Tasks is designed to make you more productive by better managing your time. This is based on the technique followed by the legendary General and former president of the the United States Dwight D. Eisenhower. This method was made popular by Stephen Covey in his popular title “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. Usage: Just drag the ‘+’ icon to any quadrant to create a new tasks. Simple. You can move the existing tasks to other quadrants by dragging the task across. Once you are done with a task swipe right to mark it complete. If you want to delete a task just swipe left. Want to be notified on due dates? select the ‘bell’ icon and set a due date. When a task is due in the next 24 hours it shows a red marker on the task. If the marker is yellow it means that the card is due in the 48 hours. If the due date is beyond 48 hours the marker will be green in color. If you see a blue marker it means there is not due date for that task. How to use tasks effectively Eisenhower’s strategy for taking action and organizing your tasks is simple. Using the decision matrix below, you will separate your actions based on four possibilities. - Urgent and important (tasks you will do immediately). - Important, but not urgent (tasks you will schedule to do later). - Urgent, but not important (tasks you will delegate to someone else). - Neither urgent nor important (tasks that you will eliminate). The great thing about tasks app is that it can be used for broad productivity plans (“What should i plan for the coming week?”) and for managing checklists related to certain tasks (ex: Grocery shopping list).

Great app, does exactly what I need. Deducting 1 star, because I cannot adjust the timings for daily reminders, which severely limits the usefulness of that feature. Would also would like the ability to turn daily reminders on or off for specific days of the week.

Easy and effective app. Really recommend it. I would like it if you change how the checklist works though. Right now the checklist is not directly under the task and instead two windows inside. For example [task>check list>list of items]. I would like it if it becomes [task>list of items] instead to save more time

Wonderful app, a quick request if you can add some statistics functions where I can add where all the time I spend during a month etc. E.g.45% in urgent important, 24% not urgent not important etc. This may require to add input field as well where I can enter hour by hour calculation of my time spent.

A nice app for managing tasks, though i suggest making 'daily tasks' feature for the tasks you do regularly, such as tasks without due dates like daily chores. Overall great app!

really like this one and use it every day, hence the five stars. If I may make a suggestion though, I use the checklist feature and sometimes when I'm trying to edit an item, i'll accidentally hit the X and delete it. this is frustrating as there doesn't seem to be an undo button. edit: knocking down two stars b/c while i still plan to use this app for its functionality, it's still too easy to delete a task accidentally. I know there's an undo button but i didn't press it fast enough :(

The fact that the app is designed beautifully and functions well with no ads is absolutely incredible.now the only thing that worries me is that there is no place for reminders and no place for automatic backup, integration with Google drive or Microsoft OneDrive would be absolutely incredible. Please don't make this a subscription service! If you're looking for a way to monetize, make it a one time fee!

I have just installed it for a few hours and I already love it because it's very simple, clean and very easy to use! You can set one reminder for morning and one for evening, which is very cool to remind you your tasks. However, if I could suggest the developers to add just one more feature, I tkink the app would be just perfect. The feature is the following: the possibility to add more Eisenhower matrices in order to split task fields (for instance personal tasks and professional tasks).

Heeey! Please add a notification feature! Please? 🥺😥 I love the minimalist side of it and the checklists, too! Though it somehow went too far oversimplified. This would've been the best app if it weren't because of loss of time/date notification. I wish there was such notifications or reminders for deadlines and schedules. 🥺
