No need to Download this app, it was just a mobile version of desktop version nothing new all same, you can easily do things on desktop also after one time registration process, App mobile interface is not smooth take time to load and you can't upgrade or modify any personal detail. Check update date not frequently update ?. I am uninstalling why waste mobile memory.

Hopeless app when making payment the app shows payment failed but the amount gets deducted from your account and this is happening since this new version of app previous version was very easy and comfortable, and even if you write a review or even send the mail the app developer and the tata power team will not reply back seriously pathetic service. What is wrong with tata group of companies how can they disappoint their customers, Sir Ratan Tata please do something your staff is useless

The worst app one can ever have. The earlier app was far better. In this current app "logging in" is very very difficult. It gets "logged out" at each exit. The basic features of earlier app are also missing. Request to revisit this app functionality. I will never recommend this app with current functions. Not worth for 1 star as well.....16.11.2019. Not much changed after your reply on 16.01.2020. I won't be able to change the rating given earlier.....27.01.2020.

Unable to login at all. Did reset password a no of times and yet I'm unable to login. Its stupid app. Edit: it looks like a school project. Able to logon only after second attempt. App does not respond with any messages to a no of options that may not be applicable. Who authorized this app for customer use? Was it the big boss's kid who made this app?

The older version of APP was more user friendly. It kept user Logged-In and it saved the time. Consumer was not burdened with remembering or going through log-in procedure as long as device used and net properties remained unchanged. New APP has done away with this and requires Log-In everytime it is opened. This may be for Security Requirements but has become cumbersome.

Worst app after the previous version. Cannot even log into the app. It simply brings back the same home window even after putting in the valid credentials while logging in. not to mention it doesnt start most of the times. Even the app window resolution is totally off and looks like a web page itself and not an app!

Horrible UI and terrible functionality. This app simply shows you a mobile version of the web site. The web site itself is poorly designed and does not work most of the time. All the other Power service providers have better apps and websites. I could not even download a bill using this. It is also plagued by authentication issues. Tata power's only saving grace is that their customer service is very responsive via whatsapp.

Useless app. I can't believe how useless this app is. Even after auto fetching my details by bill number it is not allowing me to register. I cleared cache, cleared data but still keep getting this failure message "User request information verification failed". How are consumers supposed to upload meter reading on their own if you can't even provide a working mechanism to them to do so?

App is good but there no provision for sending actual meter reading menu. Our buildings meters have become very old. Get review for false and high bill amount. This complaint I have so many times lodged to your representatives. But no actions. We trust on Tata Power. Your system of sending meter reading please make clear, simple, easy for user friendly. It is very complicated. Make the provision in app itself to make it easy. Sending separate email from you for sending meter reading is irrelevant and congested. Some links are not working. Make some what clear. Please update wiht meter reading menu in your tata power app.
