I have multiple smart bulbs and smart plugs. A few days ago they all stopped working with Google. I have since managed to get the bulbs to work with Google again, but I am having no luck with the plugs. I have tried unlinking everything and setting up from scratch, several times, without success. Tried contacting them on their website, also without success. Using this as a last resort hoping something gets done about it.

First, I has left a positive review, only find it's been removed! Second, I had a notification apologising for the constant offline messages being despatched, not that I'd ever had one, but fair enough apology accepted. Since the update to resolve the offline messages, I've had a constant stream of offline messages, and on some occasions, it was offline, and the only device offline at the time! What is going on? It's going wrong! Sort it. 😠

When it works its good . But updates stop you from connecting devices that you previously had working with the app. Due to TCP products not working with other applications makes you trapped to TCP app. If your reading my two pennies worth, i recommend using a different brand device that is compatiable with multiple apps, so you can use your product untill its life span is over rather than when applications force you to buy most recent product line.

Yes you can use the app to turn on the light and change the colour. However, the timer functionality does not work which is annoying. And Alexa now does not interact with the bulb for no apparent reason

Since new update 1.1.7 strip led lights no longer work properly, update initially disconnected lights from wifi, after I reconnected them now selecting a scene just causes lights to go off. Don't use this version.

App is awful. Bulb keeps disconnecting and I have to reconnect it by setting my WiFi to single band 2.4 GHz. But now it just won't connect at all nomatter what I do..

Gonna now have to fork out money to upgrade to Hue lights... Since the last update my light now doesn't work with my Alexa and I can't get access to my light switch so i can't turn my light off at night...

Since update, plugs no longer work on either Google or Amazon Echo. Totally useless now.
