Phone number and contacts required before even getting a chance to try the app and explore what it can do. Sorry, but for a navigation app these requests should only come after creating an account. Basic navigation should be allowed anonymously and give users a chance to experience the interface and navigation experience and the account only used to enhance the basic function of navigation as an option not requirement.

It's the only nav map I use .I have tried others temporarily.But I had some problems with some minor details on them. Have never had an issue with Scout's app.I have stayed with Scout now for about 15yrs.I wouldn recommend it!!!!

I like this app very much, I have about 3 GPS nav app, better to have back up since there are errors on them sometimes. Often I use this Nav app than others, it's about 90% accurate overall (and no app is 100%) but for me is the intuitiveness or being user friendly is why I use it all the time, if not mostly.

Yeah another navigation app that pretends buildings don't exist. It also doesn't let you pick any place in the map to navigate to. If you long press a particular spot on the map, it will select some random place hundreds of meters away.

uninstalled immediately. u don't need my phone number to verify anything! and when doing so u don't even tell us your privacy policy. for all we know u are now collecting our data and selling it to 3rd parties. ridiculous violation of privacy. i was looking for an alternative to Google for this exact reason and u failed immediately, big time. bye

I used scout for 4 years, never had a problem was always very reliable until recently where it does not show me street names or anything When I zoom in to see what street I'm on or what street is near me it's just blank lines with arrows Sadly I will be deleting the app since it doesn't seem like they care enough to fix any of the bugs the app has acquired in the last few months.

I have been using Scout for Several years!!! I switched over to waze, which was a nice change because they have more Accurate up to date Traffic Reports!! as well as Police Locations/Notifications, but then it was just way to much background fistractions going on!! So I came on back home to a less complicated& hectic Girls "SCOUT"!!!...💋😘✨👍👍👍👍

The problem with this app is, it ALWAYS wanna take you thorough the toll ways. Even some times it will take you the long way just to stick you into the paying lane. :( , additionally this app is weak as opposed to Ways or google maps, Almost as if this one was using a different satellite.... that's all otherwise pretty cool app.
