I recharged my balance through the app from my debit card and it didnt charge even though the amount got deducted from my bank account. I then contacted telenor customer support and they just blamed the bank for it because they dont have any record of it. I've been using telenor for more than 12 years and this is how they treat you. Disappointed!

There's been alot of problems with this app which is needed to be fixed. Some of them are: 1. They cut balance without any prior warning. 2. After activation of packages I still need balance to use it i.e. calls, sms, etc 3. We should've an option to manage data usage after activation of packages because if I turn data on after an easy load they cut my balance off in matter of minutes.

Very nice app it helped me in several dignified ways to save my balance in checking remaining resources and saved a lot my time in activating packages and bundles giving brief description of all possible offers. May it gain more success day day. There is a very little problem that is intensively should be solved immediately that is " when we begin to activate a desired package or a bundle without any internet package through my telenor app then our balance goes on a fire.

subscription without permission and deduction of balance , so annoying..please set permissions category for subscriptions.. otherwise changing of network or uninstalling of telenor app will be considered.. Deduction of balance is still happening.. I didn't make any call but balance is getting low .. I don't know what are hidden charges this is Very very annoying.. so i will consider it sadqa jariya .. happy now.

Pathetic customer service, have charged Rs 850 on 18 Sept. and today is 30th September but still I can't see balance in my Telenor app. One of my worst experience with telecom industry, utterly disappointing. There are at least 10 complaints regarding this issue but amazing they've marked them resolved

I downloaded the app now and again and again have been re routed to play store to download latest version. This should not happen. Once the newest version is downloaded it must not ask the user to get latest version again. Initilay adds may not be displayed so user may not loose interest in app.

Not login to my account,my complain is submitted but no response,2/3 weeks before i will submit my complain in customer complaint section but still no response or no work on it, today again i will install the app to check out the progress but no progress. I will call in customer services but no progress Telenor what are you doing for customer's. Do something

Having a good UI doesn't mean you are on top. Worst experience offer details are not given properly. Major details are hidden to scam users. Recently activated team call package offer. It said 30 sec offer but it charged 6 Rs per day for first call. And Poor poor call center. Members don't deal with our problems asks us to wait and don't do anything. So in short scam app and scam network. Don't come anywhere near Telenor it's a scam.

Your SIM network is very rotten. It is so rotten that This is such a bad network that it has no status in front of the Zong network. Mobile battery is also weakened due to network failure. Fix it or I'll run a campaign against Telenor that will block a lot of your SIMs.

They blocked my number without any reason and the retailer charged me 150 for the new sim.. the amount is not an issue but this is 2nd time in previous two months i am changing the sim card.. moreover i subscribed 2 times to imo monthly bundle and have mbs in my account but it's useless as they don't work... they don't have a balance saver option as well... jazz zindabaaaad
