I have used this app off and on for a couple of years. It has failed me once by routing to a truck restricted neigborhood. I sent the makers of the application an email, the only response was, We are looking into why it went down this way. No follow up. I just reinstalled the application this month and had no issues. It has failed to to keep a signal but that is an issue with my phone. overall I am please and is worth the subscription price.

They are the best. I lost my Gmail and they help me find it. I've been with them for three years with their app. I've been driving for 7 years and this is one of the best truck GPS you can ever get! I also like you use a Google Maps to see close to the customer on which way you to get in before you get there and you could change your route to a different entrance so when you get there you know you're going the right way. By far my favorite navigation system. Easy to use, tons of different customization options, I especially love the push and hold anywhere on the satellite view and being able to route to that specific spot, this feature is invaluable as sometimes addresses are different than where you actually need to go onsite; for example a mine,construction site etc. Will continue to subscribe. Thanks for an amazing app!!

As a truck driver this has been the best GPS I've ever seen, not even the expensive GPS suppossedly for heavy trucks that you buy in the truck stops are even close to this app. Excellent

I guess it gave me a free trip but on it, it took me to 501 S in VA to Big Island. A very narrow mountain road with sharp bends. Signs posted no vehicles over 65 feet. I don't know if the app lets you enter the size of your vehicle, but it should because I had no business being on that road and had to back track about 100 miles to take a safe truck route.

We've been enjoying the Smart Truck Route for the past three or more years as professional drivers. The best way to get around with a Big Rig; Satellite Views, Mile Posts, Rest Area and Weigh Station Locations, Businesses, and just about every Truck Stop and CAT Scale in the trucking Industry. It will occasionally try to take you through the woods and places you can not even walk through. But, that's what Satellite is for; locate the Driveway, hold your finger on the spot. Done.

This is by far best GPS and more for a trucker. Let me tell you why? I do drive semi and this description is a real world application. First thing Smart RT will get you to exact alley where you need to get your trailer. I have used one of the two GPS devices you can get at a truck stop. The other day one of those got me within half a mile from the alley and that was it. Many yards, many companies around, but which one. You can make u-turn happily like with the car. Good app, but not excellent. I have used this app for 3 years and renewed my subscription again recently. I depend on it. It does occasionally try to route me through trees or across railroad tracks without a crossing road. But I always review the route in satellite mode and can avoid most issues. You should definitely read the FAQ's and pay close attention to your settings. I've found one route to Kent WA that is just wrong. I dont like nasty customer service response comments though.

It's interesting to see how the guys react when they receive negative reviews. Says a lot. Yes, I did not pay for it, I did not use it and never will . But the character of those people just say : don't touch this. By the way, after my Rand died I downloaded the co pilot app, it works great.
