Except for the hanging issue.... Where u need to be patient while it loads the data.... I feel the experience is gud. Since the profiles count is based on the registered users, one can't get infinite profiles for a fixed set of preferences. To view more matches, change ur preferences. Happy to view good number of profiles. Will be more happy if the user's were given a chance to register & filter based on the complexion also.

Utter waste and spent more money. They are playing double game. Don't trust any matrimonial services. If you don't get they will refund your money . But you won't get. Forget it and get lost. For identification if we send any identity they are misusing I feel. So be careful. Don't waste your money. I can give -star only. don't trust. What is fixed you will get. They said message receiving from mail and app are same. But now they are asking payment separately. Trusted over 10 lakh people???

This app is purely commercial. They collect money for premium and ask to upgrade at most of profiles. Most profiles incomplete and mainly takes days together to get photos, gotrams etc.etc.This is just waste of time. I suggest they must fix some amount for each complete profile including photos etc. instead of wasting every ones valuable time and money. Think this site is designed for one time customer as NO one prefers to go for second time. The staff takes lots of feed back but for no use. Most of phone numbers we get, after long wait, are not working. Even such problems are not addressed.Most Un organised and Unfriendly site.

Purely Commercial App, I thought of taking a plan in 1 or 2 days. They blocked my account for no reason and they deleted my review. Customer care people will call 4-5times a day to take plan. I have a doubt whether few profiles are real or not. I guess they create few dummy profiles to get customer attention.

It is good app. But the problem is subscription prices very high short period of time reduce the prices and offers discounts are provide give assurance and guarantee matches has settled for paying subscription for that period and provide more servicesand more features and information technology. Most of the profiles are fake and they(profile/match) don't even respond to our message requests... Even if we send requests mutliple times they(profile/match) will simply see and act blind...

Terrible experience. App keeps freezing when loading profiles and does the app really need to show prime selection pop-up each time when going through profiles?
