The app is terrible. But generally Thai Lionair and its parent company Malindo have very bad IT processes. The app produces incorrect information, fails to recognise existing bookings, and is poorly designed. It's ok for checking prices, but what should take 5 minutes can take hours to resolve. Despite dozens of updates, the bugs get worse, not better. I'm asked constantly to "sign in". It even forgot my password.

Review updated: Before I gave 2 stars because I couldn't retrieve or make amends to my booking, now it's gotten worse since I cannot even login to my user's profile even though the credentials have been saved previously and are correct. Furthermore, when I try to reset my password, it even tells me that my email address is not registered on the website! Seriously guys what's going on?

Everytime I try to book on their website payment would always fail. I would contact the bank for every single one of my credit cards that I have tried and every time I contacted my Banks, the bank would show no record of an attempted charge and their customer service agents would all come to the conclusion that there's a problem with the merchant website (Thai Lion). with that said I figured I would try the mobile app and it's more of the same. So until this problem is resolved it is impossible, I believe, to book a flight unless you happen to have a credit card from a Thai bank

What a terrible app, I can't login because it says my credentials are incorrect and I cant add any bookings because it says the reference number is wrong. Sent a message on Faceboom but it has been ignored for a week now. I'd cancel the ticket if I could and rebook with another airline. Definitely not flying with Thai Lion Air again after this.

Please do not use this APP, I mean don't ever travel this Airline, the APP was long to respond, and yes I did some typo error after confirming the purchase. Immediately I called the office to see what is the best solution and the answer is they will only refund the airport tax. This will be the last time I am using this.

This app takes ages to do anything, along with other apps it's far to complicated you should enter your details once everything else has been sorted out as so far in three days I've entered details over 25 times into three different apps. Only to discover some problem or be kicked out. Now its the bus for me im exhausted trying to book one flight.

The app is useless tried booking it several times didn't work I eventually manage to book through agent office. When I checked j was little over the 7 kl limit so I divided my laguage but the air steward rush me because I may miss my flight even though it was delayed I was pushed to pay extra $39 like many other customers i take my laguage on the board the plane. I've emailed thai lion several times concerning this issue but no answer. Do not use Thai lion air they are the worse airline to use.

Like so many others I have been scammed by Thai Lion Air for excess baggage. The booking procedure makes you believe you have checked enough baggage, but on the airport they tell you that only 10kg included, the rest is 300 baht/kg. I am a very frequent flyer and this never happened to me before. On top of that their staff is rude, unhelpful and slow... So who really cares about the app, it could be the best app in the world and i still wouldn't use it more than twice....

No option to Pre book checkin baggage or meal or seat if there is a kid below 12 years of age in your group. After passing pnr and name it asks to select date of birth but they dont show any year after 2007 in the year of birth section as of today. Its mandatory to enter dob of all passengers even if you want to book meal or baggage for any one passenger. God knows what amount they will charge at airport as baggage is not pre booked. i tried at many computers, phone and browsers but no luck.

Very bad app Try to do booking many times I got failure with payment of the booking. Can not save the date I already filled in. Have to start again from zero time after time. This time I could not complete the booking. Tried more than 5 times, but every time it failed on payment.
