Last updated 2 years ago... Was still working at first but now I'm unable to order my meals in advance as nothing happens when I click to pay. Tried on both the Note 8 and Note 10+, issue is the same on both. So I have no choice but to go down and order directly, and then have to endure absurdly long waits for just a salad or soup...

Very Laggy and not user friendly. Click on links in the app but don't work. It takes really long time to get from one page and more often than not it leads to a blank page. Tried to check out the promos today and info abt the new soup, totally cannot open the link at all. Its really Frustrating to use this app.

Response feels a little sluggish on the app, but otherwise does what it says, able to order for dine-in and scan the card. Unrelated to the app: would be nice if all Soup Spoon menu items are entered in the myFitnessPal food database, including the SouperChef Specials, makes healthy food tracking a breeze.

The Soup Spoon should be ashamed of this app. Granted they are not a software company, but they should take pride in app that represents the company. The app is slow and painful to use. The website is much faster to navigate and has accurate information. I can't even pull up the transactions properly from the app. When it does come up it's full of inaccurate information. The app should not be 2 years without an update and provide warnings. If you're going to be charging me $9 for a soup, at least use the profits towards fixing your app.
