Absolutely loved using Transit and told all my friends about how accurate it is. Living in NYC this is extremely important in order to get to things on time. And then all of sudden, Transit started taking away bus/subway times and making those only available if you pay for it. As a loyal Transit user, I am very upset by this.

Way too gimmicky. Follows 'bigger is better' with dismal results. Pick a colour for routes? Oops, where did I leave my crayons... There are many distractions (gazillion smileys) and relentless 'pay it forward' mottos, as if we don't get it the first time. Intuitive totally missing in app. Get rid of Monopoly* game format for innovative (more 'auto-decision tree' in pgming). Will it always look like a beta version? Otherwise, you'll lose clients - to the competitors... eh?

I use this app regularly for my different transit. Unfortunately, it has not been as good as it used to be these days. I never get real time anymore, ever. The app bugs and will often tell me that service ended on a line, when it shows as being there in 2 minutes on the other page. Right now, it's telling me that service ended on a line that's running all through the day and telling me there's a detour although there's nothing irregular. This app used to be so good, I don't know what's happening

I've used this ever since 2019 and it always updates the time every 1 minute at least. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about it and it's mostly about buggy time delays. Honestly yes I agree that the time can be buggy but it's as accurate as it can get. Not like they are watching buses 24/7 cause that is tough to be nanoseconds accurate. I use this app in Edmonton and it's one of the best apps to use for bus timing. More accurate than G maps. I believe the bus route should be made easier tho.

Ever since the subscription had been added can't just simply check all times for a bus like you use to be able to for free also now if it's a route that isn't active at the moment it won't let you when you use to be able to I don't see how you can take a feature that is free then just say you need royal now for it. As far as I can tell royal is all stuff that was once free but now have to pay to use because the developer are to cheap to make new features for royal so they give you old features

It's not use friendly. It took time to learn it. Unreliability of the info makes the user anxious: Bus takes different route and the app shows the old route, do I don't know if I should start looking for the new stop or wait where I am. Another example is the bus comes and passes where I am in the application but not in reality

At one point this program supplied very good information. Now they're forcing you to upgrade to a paid subscription service to get the same information. And there's no free option to get the basic information. For example in Arizona I ride the light rail now that schedule is a paid service. I no longer can use this app because I have to pay just to be able to see the light rail schedule.

The app changed its permissions to my location data so now it only has access to my location while I'm using the app. Android defines using the app as having the app on your screen and the screen on. This app is now nearly useless. I sent an email to the team that responds to reviews a while ago to see if this was a known issue with a planned fix before updating my review, but with no response I feel like it's best to just update my review and say that it is great when it occasionally works

Always have had a great experience with this app. It normally has up to date locations and will give you the best route. The only time I've had issues is when the busses themselves are not doing something normal and so mess with the system's estimation.

I used to love this app. I still frequently use it, as it's the only app that is easy to navigate buses in my city. However, I don't know if it's because of a recent update but for the past few months I've noticed a decline in the accuracy of the bus schedules. Sometimes saying no bus will come at all or it says buses will come that never do.
