Just use the website. 1) no easy way to view autoship. Its shown on the home screen, assuming there isn't an ad for a sale. Should be accessible under account. 2) app is laggy. 3) app forgets settings/preferences. No biggie unless it's an allergy or food based disease trigger for example "gluten free" which can lead to pretty dangerous situations for some people.

Not the most intuitive app. You might save some money, but don't expect to get your shipment of stuff any faster then 2 to 3 weeks. Want to cancel your paid subscription, be prepared to jump thru hoops. Longest shipping times I have experienced.

Cannot login to app unless I used my Gmail account! Forcing Google it Facebook logins is NOT AN OK PRACTICE! Data mining from your customers sucks! Stuck with spinning wheel at login screen. Had to visit mobile website to postpone autoshipment until I have more time to fumble through mobile website in my browser. Why Thrive? This is not a good look for you guys.

Shipments are always on time. Only once during the 2020 COVID surge was my order late and they sent a second shipment for free! Items are fresh. They are always offering discounts. They support ecology and economy. What else can you ask for?

Customer service is okay I had trouble adding my debit card since I first got the app i had a free gift and i tried adding the card again kept saying cvv was wrong on 2 different cards after the free gift expired it accepted the card in response of this issue I got a text saying i am happy to help let you today when nobody helped it was me fighting the app to accept my card and it did after 1,000th time I tried and after the free gift was expired also products are great but very limited.
