Such a terrible app. I bought tickets that were supposedly "Instant Download", essentially meaning I can just get my ticket right after purchase. Apparently it was actually a ticket transfer and ended up missing my game. Customer service hasn't been of ANY help. Uninstall this app and just go to stubhub or ticketmaster.

My tickets worked perfectly. The reason this is a 4-star rating instead of 5 is you have to open your tickets via Google pay or another third-party app.

Worst option to buy tickets ever. They have no way to verify tickets are real . Ordered was told pkg was delivered but no tickets. They don't even assure signatures on deliveries. Now I have to deal with fedex to try to get my money back as this garbage of app is unable to do anything else. Told me they would call me but never did. I had to call the day b4 concert to be told they can't do anything. Stay away use some one that can guarantee you won't waste your plans.

Beware when you purchase tickets thru Tickpicks, you will be directed to a 3rd party holding your tickets and you'll have to create an account to get your tickets from them. If there's an error getting your tickets with the 3rd party well tickpicks customer support will pretty much say you're SOL, and to resolve issue with 3rd party. Not able to cancel, no refunds. This was a very frustrating process for me. In my opinion, they're not worth the hassle.

It allows you to create an account and pay for tickets. After you pay for them they send a link for a "transfer" to send you your tickets. The link says there is no account with that email... They let you log inn to the account, but that same email is not good to send you the tickets. This is a fraud. Don't waste your money here. I will be doing a claim with the credit card.

Terrible. I called several times weeks before game get no help and no one yo talk to. I never got my ticket transferred.not user friendly app. It took me to ticket master and some Google pay even though I had already paid for it on the site. I stood in line for hours at the ticket window at game time. So totally 😞 disappointed.

Honestly just pay the extra money, sports venues make you use certain apps anyways and it's been nothing but a hassle to get my tickets transferred to me from the seller closing on 24 hours till the event and they have no clue what's going on, I don't even want to know the the refund policy that I'm going to have to deal with if they don't get transferred and they've given me no deadline for when the seller needs to have them to me by

Awesome app. I was actually nervous when I bought my tickets because of some reviews here. I went to a concert in Chicago and a week before my tickets weren't showing up on my account. Sent an email super mad to cs and they send me an email showing prove that they had already emailed them out. I checked on my email and there they were. They had been emailed for a while I just missed the email. I have tickets to different events now and I 100% recommend this fee free app.

UPDATE: Refund received. Still upset about not being able to TALK with a person on the phone but thankful for a refund. After several reschedules, attended the concert, my tickets were INVALID! You can not reach a person by phone. I have sent numerous emails with only one generic reply and as of yet NO REFUND or resolution. Don't waste your time or money. Go through Ticketmaster. They at least stand behind their 100% guarantee!
