Ive played this game since almost the beginning and have gotten alot of enjoyment out of it. But now it's getting kinda repetitive and takes way too long to earn gold to unlock the upper level historical society costumes, not enough room in hotel to store characters so getting red bucks takes forever. On the edge of ditching the game

I used love the game but now I just like it. It takes way too long to load and it does freeze during game play then boots out of game. When I am able to play, it takes way too long to take a action. I have stopped playing this game because of it. I wish they would fix these issues. Cusomer service just gave the run around without fixing the problem.

💩💩💩💩💩💩 Just read the reviews this "free to play" game only progresses when you buy stuff, otherwise you won't see anything for a very long time (waiting isn't a game, it's a con). The game itself is just a glitchy POS, it constantly crashes. So don't think these people take your business seriously, they are likey just another group of greedy, lazy, cheating con men. I'm sure they'll have some BS respone to my review..... don't bother. #gameprogammerssuck! Useless and lazy, disengage!

Loved this game, I don't always play but when I do I love it, love coming back to it but now I can't play any longer because of some weird load issue with aw19_bribe1 in buildings. Pretty angry considering I have spent money on this game I've the years I have been playing.

I love this game. Its a great time killer. Rating would be higher but it takes soooooooo long to load. Also some of the times it takes to complete certain action seem ridiculously long as well.

For over a week now since my last update it won't load. Keeps giving me an error about some character. I HAVE SENT MORE THEN 5 EMAILS WITH PICTURES OF THE ERROR. Takes to long to compete an action. Not enough characters perform actions to collect things. It seems like a waste to get characters if they are not going to help perform tasks.

If you watch the endless advertisements you can't close them and your stuck getting moved to the app store trying to force you to download something you don't want. There no option to close an advertisement.

Since the last update I have had the same issue as everyone else. The game won't load. I emailed and got accused of cheating. Now I definitely see that it is a game issue and u guys are just trying to blame the players.

Honestly after reading all the reviews this game is obviously broken. not like it once was. My game is now stuck on the loading screen with an "error your data cannot be retrieved" message
