Using Verizon Wireless with the Digits App for my Tmo line. Can send texts and receive in Digits, but and attachments I send or the sender sends do Not show up in the Digits App. This I can only see text, no photos. Also when receiving a call it is first muted where I don't hear anything. I put the answered call on Hold, and the UNhold it and I can then hear and the other side hears me, faintly. I updated Sony Xperia 1 Mark 3 phone to Tmo, works better. Dark mode coming soon per App developer.

For $10 a month I expect more than this. Update: just removed txt/vm/phone DND function to total DND on/off - this app is terrible, Google Voice is much better while being free. Update #2: Now worse than ever, product mgr and sw dev team should be fired.....AWFUL!!!

Works perfectly download the app it will ask you to login to your T-mobile account then select the phone you want calls and texts transfered from then install the same app on the other phone and select your phone then it works make sure you go into settings in the app and upload your contacts so the caller ID works. Now your text and calls ring on both phones at the same time. Love it

After installing the latest Android update, the app is no longer showing any missed, all calls, or voice messages related to any phone calls. No spam blocking options available as well.

⚠️WARNING TO NEW USERS⚠️ When you get a new line and go to set up the e911 address the app freezes? It becomes completely unusable and fails to let you register the Digits number. I'm currently using Android 12, on a Google Pixel 6 Pro. Do better T-Mobile

I didn't solve my problem, but T-mobile team was quick to respond and inform me about a better resolution channel. For that, 5 stars well deserved.

This app does not even work! First it took them forever to get me a number. Secondly, I tried to change my real number to this number in all my different accounts but I did not receive a message in my digits number for a confirmation. This app sucks and is a waste of time!!! T-mobile is just trying to be like Google. Tmobile digits still sucks! What a waste of time!

The T-Mobile DIGITS app seems to be useful. The big problem is that the app will not receive codes which is mostly mandatory to change the phone number on my personal accounts therefore I can't use the app for half of my needs. I read that this has something to do with security. T-Mobile should allow the codes to come in to the number and include the option to turn that feature off and on, if security is a concern.

No longer gets past accepting the license agreement on multiple SM-T307U tablets, even after factory resets since One UI 3.0/Android 11 update got pushed. Reported problem over 1.5 monthS ago and it still isn't resolved. I was informed the issue was fixed in the next release and as of the Sept 30 update it still has the same issue.

UNACCEPTABLE, that after 3 years this app is still broken, the most broken on my phone, but also too messed up to bother with on either Windows or Mac. The Windows/Mac problem is that it can't save your log-in, but not only that, you must RE-REGISTER with every use, a multi-step, time-consuming UNACCEPTABLE design (or continued glitch) that only pisses off customers. WHAT IS WRONG WITH T-MOBILE. As for the phone app, when I switched phones, using T-mobiles data transfer app, it only restored my single most recent call. All the rest, lost. And now, with its latest "update" (break) it also no longer remembers registration, and requires a multi-step re-registration with each use. REALLY T-MOBILE, that's the best you can do? And BEWARE of the support offer, they only have foreign call centers what use up your time taking you through prescribed step-by-step useless intervention, all the while assuring you: "no worries..." "I'm sorry, we'll have this fixed right away", etc. INSULT to users, these are not technicians and their interventions are ineffective because T-mobile app are all highly defective, from one update to next...
