Been T Mobile people for 20+ years. 3 year old Samsung S9. Have been getting the annoying "Stopped Working" pop-up, every so often, but then finally it was always coming up. Read the reviews here. Thought there's no way T Mobile would abandon support on a 3 year old phone just to sell more phones. Went to T Mobile store. The T Geek fiddled with my phone for a while, finally said, "sorry, they must not support your phone anymore, but we can sell you a new phone". Not a Chance.

Used to work, then recently crashed immediately after startup. Cleared my data, was told my password was outdated and forced to change it. Once I did that, I am now unable to log in on the app (unresponsive to tapping login) and the website lets me act as though I am signing in, but then has me put in my phone number to log in, after which it makes me log in again in a neverending loop. You'd think signing in to your account would be the main focus of developers.

So far T-Mobile sucks. Put the new sim card in and the first thing it wants to do is try and install 3rd party apps that I do not need or want. 5G? I don't have it. My internet speed and loading stink. Took away the money Sprint use to pay once a year for using Sprint and a credit union but neglected to tell the customer they would not be receiving it. Instead, T-Mobile free Tuesday garbage. Nothing on there worth the $150 I got every year for the last 5 years. Voicemail? Disappeared. 😡😡

Everything is great, except I have a random text telling me my T-Mobile app has stopped working. It does it at random times and interrupts what I'm trying to do, whether it is texting or searching the web. It will happen for 72 hours straight and then stops as suddenly as it starts. I still love my T-Mobile!!

T-mobile keeps stopping. Need I say more? Thought it was just me dealing with this bug. Apparently not. Makes using the phone basically impossible and as someone else pointed out in another 1 star review it could be dangerous with gps. Fix this, ive been patiently waiting for an update to correct this but its been taking far too long and this stupid error message has popped up at least 60 times during the time it took to type all this out.

I cannot believe what I'm seeing! I thought I was the only person having this problem but it appears that other people are having the same problem as me. Whenever I do something almost anything on my phone this strange notification pops up telling me the T-Mobile app keep stopping and I have cleared my data, cache, and I have deleted photos videos and so much more as I was typing this dumb notification will keep popping up I cannot believe how many other people are having the same issue fix it!

Since August 1 my phone has been requiring me to enter a SIM PUK pin which shoyld not be necessary for cripes sake. Did I miss a notification telling me that in irder to use my phone T-Mobile was going to require an unnecessary delay entering a bunch more numbers just to turn it on? I recently changed my access pin, could that be the problem? Too long or too short? Did I adjust a setting and forget that I did it (a more likely synerio) I'm sorry for my snappy attitude. CIVID crazed.

Tmobile app has stopped working. Dont use it dont want it. Not being able to permanently uninstall it on the phone i purchased, my property, is such BS. The constant crashing and inability to uninstall serves as a reminder that maybe i need to switch mobile providers and ditch the android. Ive tried uninstalling and updating several times.

I did like T-Mobile for a while now that I've had them for a few years but a recent experience really got under my skin when I took an old phone in to trade for a new device based on a promotion THEY had going. Long story short they ended up charging me for the new device anyway and stated they never got the trade in that they processed. It was and still is extremely frustrating and I am definitely looking to switch carriers since nobody would help me even after contacting them. Nobody cares.

Popups it has stopped throughout the day and constant interruptions because of it. Wish it would start working again, but the last couple updates seem to have gone from working to saying it can't load my account to crashing and being unable to run. Update: still no reply from support. This is causing major issues with my phone with how frequently it keeps stopping. I can't even do a 2 factor authentication app for work because it keeps interrupting it and it restarts the input process each time.
