Barely functions. Bluetooth has not worked a single time and it's slow to pull up the manual screen, so you stand there blocking the bus line tryint to get it working. I use Bluetooth all the time for other things and have never had any issues. Almost everyone else I've witnessed use it has had the same problem. Then the app gets mad because "You can only tap once every 15 seconds." Why!? Technology is supposed to make things easier and faster. This is utter garbage.

Waiting for help in resolving two submissions. One about duplication of accounts with new update automatically putting in country code (I think) and not being clear enough (for me) to continue saving for later a bought ticket upon review, rather than using it as I review the saved ticket. When these problems are addressed, I will change my rating. I like that there are more of my visited places involved, though, I find the electronic pass with NFC even more convenient to use.

I've been using it for about 2 months now and it has come in very handy. I don't really carry cash/ exact change, being able to buy the tickets directly from the app and just showing them to the bus driver is much less nerve wracking to a person like me.

Good app, makes it easy to buy the fare you need. There was a shortage of car rental when I went, and the transit system was a great way to get to some of the most popular attractions around Banff. Just make sure your cell phone is always charged!

Terrible app. Can't scan multiple tickets at once. Scan the first one and the driver said that's ok because they didn't want to wait around for the rest. Going to try to get paper tickets next time.

Very handy. I don't have to worry about keeping exact change on me to get myself or my boyfriend a ticket for the bus. I can have both conveniently on my phone.

Works good but some times it would freeze and not load properly and sometimes when you click on the ticket It won't open so you could use it

They updated the app midway through my vacation and it now crashes when I try to buy a daily ticket. Garbage.

You have to use another app(My JTA) to use This app, you can't just use it directly[for JTA], but it still works, just a lot of steps for the end result desired.
