i just bought a go520. the app has all permissions but does not open the camera to pair on my sony xperia x compact f5321 not working, but have you considered sony allows only signd applications to access the camera

So frustrating more often than not, whether you're connected via Bluetooth or WiFi it does not always receive the destinations, so annoying! TomTom needs to do something about this and quick, I'm getting very close to buying a different sat nav! And this cost between 2 and £300, not what you expect for that price, it should be smooth and reliable! And TomTom,before you say please reinstall the app and delete from paired list, I've done that,it's still the same!I shouldn't have to do that anyway!

constantly DRAINING MY BATTERY when I didnt even open it. changing the settings on my phone does not fix it and yeah, uninstalling and reinstalling is the copy pasta answer I will get. My battery went down more than a 15% in less than an hour with 0 minutes of app usage because of this. For the time being I will uninstall it and use my 550 without app. Considering selling it because this feels stupid. Good one devs, good one.

Can we please fix the Bluetooth fault. Poor poor poor its been months now and this is still not fixed. This fault causes the sat nav to constantly restart making it not only frustrating but highly dangerous for hgv drivers. You send a email and get no response. This has been done several times and guess what it still continues to restart when the Bluetooth is enabled.

I spent 3-4 hours on it but still not working. Tomtom reply that I should reinstall the app. I don it x times but after a long tomtom device stand by period its not working. Reset the tomtom device, re done the settings, reinstall the app, making sure everything is connected, synchronisation is on. But sending destination to tomtom device not working. I will take it back and ask for a refund.

Constant errors that MyDrive has stopped working, even when not using the app. When I am using the app, I frequently have to restart several times before it becomes somewhat usable, as it freezes more than 50% of the time. This app is not usable at all for planning any kind of trip, due to the issue mentioned above. I hear this is a common problem, are the developers treating this problem?

My drive crashes device every time I log in. It causes device to keep rebooting so can't plan route on app and send to device not what I need when driving an artic specifically when despite my vehicle settings being correct will try sending me down restricted roads. Come on tomtom sort this out. Update: despite updating app it still causes my device to crash when logged in to my drive!!!

Overall very good but one thing seems to be a miss. When using the my drive app to plan a route and then you send it/sync it to your device(sat nav) ,why oh why does the sat nav choose a completely different route to take ??? What's the point in trying to plan a route only for it to be totally ignored by the sat nav. What happens if I don't agree with the route the sat nav wants to take me??

When the app works its easier to plan routes and then send to the device, however, the app will suddenly stop sending routes to the sat nav when pressing send to device. It comes up synced with mydrive but then never actually sends to the nav. No amount of power cycling phone or sat nav changes this. Usually it will start working again after the next software update, then after a while it will stop working again.

Massive use of phone battery. Further information. When the app is connected to the satnav with mobile data and Bluetooth enabled on the phone it's working. When I turn off satnav and disable Bluetooth and mobile data on the phone that's when the battery gets noticeably consumed. System reports it as Bluetooth, but it is not active. Developer response Sept 30th the same as in May 2021. I don't expect any improvement and won't be able to recommend the TomTom features affected to my teams.
