In this version of the My Income Tax APP, the following services are available: - Completion and delivery of the declaration; - Receiving alerts about the status of the declaration; - Question (to research hundreds of questions answered about the IRPF); - Other Applications: access to other services and applications from the IRS. How to begin: 1. To use the service My Income Tax, the CPF, the date of birth will be required and, then, the information, on the screen itself, of a security code, which is displayed just above the selection keys. 2. If the above information is correct, a list of the last five years and the status of each statement will be shown. 3. Within each year, there are different options that change according to the status of the declaration. 4. In order to complete the IRPF declaration, a password must be created. This will allow the information entered to be retrieved on another device (cell phone, tablet or computer). 5. It is possible to start on the cell phone and finish filling in or to transmit the IRPF declaration on another device (cell phone, tablet or computer). 6. After submitting the declaration, use the print options to generate and save the PDFs of the delivery receipt, declaration and, as the case may be, the DARF for payment of the first or single tax installment. 7. The declaration and receipt files (DEC and REC) can be saved or shared, to be stored in any cloud service of your choice, thus being protected, for example, in case of changing the device. After delivery: The Statement Extract service allows you to consult not only the debts of the IRPF declaration, but also the status of the refund and any pending issues. The user will receive alerts whenever the status of his declaration is changed, if the previous year's declaration receipt number has been filled out. Another way to receive alerts is through the e-CAC Portal: a) Install the My Income Tax APP b) Access the Federal Revenue website on a computer - gov.br/receitafederal c) Search the e-CAC Portal: - if you have a digital certificate, you will need to click on Enter with gov.br and then click on Digital Certificate; - if you do not have a digital certificate, create an access code or click Sign in with gov.br, log in to the account, which must have one of the gov.br trust marks. To assign a gov.br trust seal, go to access.gov.br, log in to the account and click on Privacy; d) Within e-CAC, go to "Declarations and Statements" and look for "My Income Tax (Extract from DIRPF) / Others / Authorize Access via Smartphones and Tablets". e) Several mobile devices may be registered. For each of them, a name, an activation password and an expiration date for this authorization must be provided. f) Return to the My Income Tax APP, login with CPF, date of birth and, in the list of statements, tap the upper right corner to ACTIVATE the mobile device. g) If the CPF has a registered device (in e-CAC), the name and password for activation of the service on the mobile device will be requested. h) Once activated, the cell phone / tablet will be able to access the information of that CPF. i) The cancellation of the authorization to access a device, or the change of the password, must be carried out in e-CAC (in the same place where the device is registered). j) On the app's login screen, the 'Other user' button will display the list of CPFs that accessed the mobile device. Permissions requested by the app: 1. Access to storage: to read and write the files of the declaration, receipt and token of the transmission .DEC, .REC and .DAT; 2. Access to the application id (Firabase ID): to restore the transmission token in case of failure in its recording. .
