BUYER BEWARE! Our experience with Traveling Mailbox has been downright awful. We've been on the road full time this summer and opted to go with TM as our mail forwarding service. What a terrible decision. Weeks went by before our mail began to TRICKLE in. I'm talking a couple pieces of junk mail only. No sign of the test letters we sent our account or the test letter TRAVELING MAILBOX SENT THEMSELVES. To make matters worse, their customer service was pitiful. We had to call constantly and even when agents would promise to get in touch with us the next day, they never actually called (this happened three times). However, the real cherry on the top was their refusal to offer us any sort of refund when we reached out with all our complaints. Instead they blamed all the issues on Covid. I don't see Amazon taking weeks to get packages out due to Covid, why can't you guys scan some mail? Worst customer experience I've had in a long long time. Go kick rocks

works ok if i can get logged in - the app prompts me for my 2FA code before my user/pass, and immediately responds incorrect code before i enter my credentials. I did login once (don't know how), and seemed to work great. EDIT: Clearing cache/storage allowed me to login again. i still have to pre-copy my 2FA code before i attempt login since switching apps clears the credentials.

Updated review. The newest release is much improved. It has a much more complete feature set, and many usability improvements. The service is much more usable on mobile now. Highly recommended.

app does not allow for "Check Deposit" in the action menu like the website does. why have a mobile app if we still need to visit your website to perform such a needed action like Check deposit. I will increase my rating when this feature is added

Worked fine so long as inbox was empty. Once there is mail it crashes every time I try to do anything in the application, even unrelated operations like look at addresses tab.

The app used to work fine on android, but now crashes everytime.I open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help. This app is currently unusable on android.

Used to work but the UI is basic. Upgraded to Android 10 and now it crashes every time I try and open it.
