I want to like the S10 watch, but it loses 15 minutes per day. This wouldn't be much of a problem if the app worked well, but it will only sync successfully once per boot of my tablet- closing and restarting or leaving the app open doesn't help. I'm sure that the timing inaccuracy can be fixed with a firmware update. Please fix this! I can't wear an otherwise very nice watch that loses 15 minutes a day.

Do not get the g10 .I don't like the way it asks for too many permissions, and it does not bind with Bluetooth very well. It also does not transfer any information over, just steps. I ordered the watch and I'm very disappointed with it and will probably land up in the garbage because it's not worth wearing. It also does not take blood pressure, oxygen content, or heart rate. A friend of mine has a cheap fitness band that works way better than this watch does.

Overall a nice app. I have two issues. First there is no communication with the developer. I e-mailed twice and never received any type of reply. Second while the smartwatch and app are not medical grade, there needs to be a way to calibrate the stats. Everyone is different, even with the same weight and BMI. There is a minimal information setup but that is all. Some of my stats are high and some are low. I would rate the app at 5 (or higher if it were available).

The bracelet is easily recognized by the app, but there are a couple of things that are not properly working: (1) The cache management seems to be non existent. The step counter is not being updated frequently and freezes completely after some time. The only way to get the current steps synchronized again is force stopping the app and clearing the cache. (2) The weather that should be provided to the bracelet is not provided whatsoever... (3) The link to Google Fit (if existent) is not shown at all.

This is garbage. Doesn't work at all, doesn't sync without severe difficulties. Doesn't stay synced. doesn't count or track anything accurately. Heaven forbid you don't want to give it access to contacts and sms because it tells you over and over again, trying to bully you into accepting that. If you do give it access, though, your calls and texts dont push through on your actual phone correctly because its trying to filter iy through your bluetooth connection via this GARBAGE app.

The app is so-so. Can't even open the webpage for the developer!!! Problem after problem! I LOVE my fitness tracker but I wish EITHER the app was better OR there were other apps I can use instead. I have 3 devices: a tablet & 2 smartphones (1 I don't use bc the battery won't stay charged). Unfortunately, I can ONLY download the app to my old phone (w/ the bad battery). I'd like the app to be more compatible to more devices. Thankfully the app is in English, or there would be a HUGE problem! I LOVE how the app shows my sleep patterns (or lack thereof). WellGo, PLEASE make this app more compatible to more devices, no matter the devices' age. Also starting to have problems where when syncing w/ app, all my steps for the day & info from the night before is deleted!!

For smartband h1100, android 9, zenfone 5: - paired with band from the fifth time + syncs device locale, date, time + syncs heart rate irregulary (shows something even if I'm not wearing the band, kind of IT black magic) - does not sync blood pressure - does not sync blood oxygen - does not sync weather - limited support for notifications (only calls and sms are usable for me). If you do not need the notifications, just configure you device and delete this mistake of nature.

Update: The developer contract email is dead... BUT! I found a .APK archive and version 1.4.54 seems stable for me and will push my sms at least! OP: I really wish this still worked! It used to work great! My Samsung Galaxy S20 5G just updated to Android 11, UI 3.0, and the app won't open. The phone's battery monitor shows it as "frequently crashes". It is the only app I have found for my watch, and my family has 3 of these watches. I really hope the deeper l developer reads this and replies.

mixed impressions. S10's build quality is very good. but the software is begging for an update. this watch is slow in telling time. in a day of not syncing with the phone app. the Time is already behind 1 hour against internet/actual time. and the analog looking watch face has 3 small dials that have unreadable text. some other well designed new watch faces would be much welcomed. app won't even open now. ☠

Terrible. Just got the watch and app a couple of days ago andjust like a few of the other reviewers mentioned the app does not work very well. I have not been able to get the weather to change at all, and most of my notifications do not push through.
