Unbearably slow. What I expect is INSTANT response like the infrared remote control. Have you ever tried selecting drama like using a remote control? Or FF and rewind when playing? Can you imagine it can take A MINUTE OR EVEN MORE to respond when pressing the power button?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Setup is completely slow, keeps connecting even if I do it time and time again. I remember having this app when it got out, these "updates" made this app 1000× wrose. Definitely don't recommend!!

I can't even connect mytvsuper and I struggled an hour and I still cant connect it. I hope they can make it faster so we can connect it faster. and dont waste our time just to pair it and at the end we still cant. it is a rlly bad experience and in the ad it looks like it is very easy to use but it's not I tried to pair it almost an hour and still dont get to pair it up. also it is very hard to find the code that they require to put in it didn't even showed up on the screen of my tv.

This app cannot search the set top box. It always shows "正在搜尋mytv super解碼器". I have installed the latest app v1.4.2. Mytv set top box has just updated version and restarted. The set top box is LAN connected to the same router as this app wifi connected. After 20 min, power off restarted the set top box again, then app can search the set top box. Ok. Apart from the above setup problem, remote user experience is easy and good.

can not connect, I called CS, they just suggest to turn off and on the box which is just as useless! and said there not a lot that can be done if the app can't connect, then get someone to fix it! now we know why TVB is losing a lot of money!

Can't find my mysupertv, which is connected to the wifi. The program is so bad on the box itself is so difficult to find dramas. I did use the app remote before which is way better but after installing into new phone I'm unable to connect it any more.

Garbage app. Takes many minutes to find the mytvsuper box, and often fails to find it at all. Am definitely using latest version and box is up to date. Both devices definitely on the same network.

well...idk why some people say this remote app is good... I m not able to connect it with my myTV SUPER box... idk why you would want to advertise it if it doesn't even work properly and is not ready.... I hope you can improve
