It's good but it could definitely be better. You can be activated waiting on an order just playing your games or whatever. And an order will pop up and you might accidentally click on the screen and accept the order before you know where it is or how much. Than on top of that their is no way to verify where it'd going until you picked up the order itself. Which might result in not taking that order and now that person has to wait longer for another driver. They need to work on their system!

The GPS system struggles to detect speed changes, the GPS 30% of the time doesn't have me in the right spot an I get bad reviews because of it. I sent updated documents for my insurance an its never been approved for 4months now. I'm not able to login anymore. Uber when it first started was way better than it is now, I've been driving for Uber for 5yrs.

This app is junk and support is even worse!! For the past 3 months, cancelled no-shows are not showing up on my dashboard and I'm not getting paid for them. I started taking a screenshot before I cancel to record the information. I sent them to support and their response, "We can see those trips." NO KIDDING GENIUS!! THAT'S THE PROBLEM!! Second issue, my auto accept option has disappeared. I was told that it was no longer available. A few days later, it's on my roommates app. Hmmmm

This app is a joke! You try to contact support and they never answer. The app is no help either. I was already doing deliveries after I had so much trouble to start. I was about to give up and then It worked. Now i can't deliver anymore because my background check has an issue for doing rides! I never wanted to give people rides. Just deliver food! Now I'm banned from using the app and no explanation. They tell me to call. I call they tell me to email and i emailed and nothing. Waist of time!

When I am not able to handle intercity trips,I am unable to switch off intercity mode. As a result my trip acceptancy rate has dropped down. I get the message that if you do not want to handle intercity trips, switch off the option. But when I try to swich off the option a message is displayed on the screen telling this product cannot be toggled off. I have been reporting this to driver support team since last five months. I got only assurances but no remedy. Frustrating experience.

This app is HORRIBLE and the supposed update didn't bring ANY improvement, yet it seems to be worse!! The GPS is a joke, and the Waze and Google GPS options are absolutely useless!! The GPS takes forever to recognize your location so it's doesn't accurately direct which causes additional unnecessary driving. I've driven in a complete circle on more than one occasion as a result!! It also stops providing step-by-step automatically as you approach your dropoff, how does that help?? FIX THIS APP!!!

Downloaded updated app. My 5-star rating remained unchanged for 3 years!! Does that not work anymore ?? Strange the completed years are correct. Is there anyone else having the same issue? Support unable to resolve - enquired numerous times when they eventually understand what I'm referring to. Correct this please. Thank you.

Way too easy to accidentally hit the "accept order" when you are in the middle of texting a current customer about complications or clarifying delivery instructions when another order pops up and you arent given a chance to decline it or even assess the incoming order during your texting keystrokes. Other than that, I cant think of any other issues I've had with the app.

Save your time, money, and effort and use door dash. Within 2 days I've had to call support over 10 times. Many of which were about the same issue. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. THRICE. App constantly glitching, going offline while I'm in the middle of a delivery. Even when it goes back online the GPS is terrible and will have you going in circles. Now I have to deal with mad hungry people because both the app and the support team don't work...

It's now about 5days my app doesn't ring orders.. maybe in a day it rings once or twice.. I have tried to get help... No one really helps. Many people are actually facing this problem with me but there is nothing we can do. We have changed locations and everything possible... No delivery trips ring😭😭😭😭😭
