Garbage application. You are required to have your NVR connected to Ubiquiti servers to use the app outside your home network. You can't port forward anymore. Additionally, playing back recorded motion events is a complete roulette. Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. Usually if you click on a recording it just buffers for a few seconds and then skips back to a live view. Try to scroll down through the recording list? Nope, as soon as your finger leaves the screen it jumps back to the top.

VIBRATE cannot be turned off. Scroll through history, VIBRATE. Camera fails to roam to stronger AP after AP update is done. Have to reboot camera (cycle power). Notifications use the same setting for EVERYTHING. I don't want the same alert for motion detected, smart detection, device lost connectivity, DOORBELL etc. They need separate alerts, with their own alert profile. Cars pass by constantly, so I am forced to disable the sound alert.

The app will not let you use it until you agree to allow telemetry to be sent back to Ubiquity HQ. The description comically claims that Ubiquity cares about privacy and security. But forgets to mention how Ubiquity had an absolutely massive data leak and they failed to let their customers know and failed to protect them.

Has been somewhat stable for a couple of months now. Please either integrate with the Android password manager or at least allow for pasting passwords into the password field. The app often "forgets" credentials and forces you to reauthenticate, which is a pain when you have strong passwords and no copy paste.

Functionality is great however it is just so slow to load and play video when remotely connected even though the controller is on a 1GB connection. Same problem on desktop so it's just a general issue with the product that also affects this app.

Please add a setting to disable the vibrate while scrolling through motion! It's the most annoying thing ever.

App is great other than the fact that it logs you out but does not prompt for login you have to go through the menu and manually hit log out then log back in

Been using for several months but recently when I'm looking at cameras and go to full scree it will work for a couple seconds then go back to min mode please help

Hangs at random times. Time scrolling is consistently jumpy. Randomly goes to love display while attempting to look at history
