I found a login workaround that works for me I'd like to share in case it helps others. The trick that works for me is to turn off WiFi on my tablet then log in with my offline PIN. Once logged in then turn WiFi on and the app will connect to the internet. It won't hang on login like it does if you try to log in with your password while connected to WiFi. Hope this works for others as it works for me. No need to uninstall and reinstall every day like some of the complaints suggest. Good luck!

Just not stable on Android platform. Must uninstall and reinstall between appointments. Typically app freezes prior to login; difficulty in enrolling in AARP membership. Once it works app is very clean and easy to use, and I think its a wonderful model for other carriers to use. Aetna, Medico apps too detailed, inflexible. Lean (when working) is quite good.

Have used UHC LEAN app for 1.5 years! Mostly great... but stopped working on my Android last month; UHC Help Desk says its not designed for phones; UHC: "We don't support it," even though it is a mobile-optimized app. UHC is like a Giant Slug trained by Sloths.

Every time that I need this app I must uninstall and reinstall. This is not professional when I'm setting with clients and attempting to use. We should just go back to paper until someone figures out how to fix this app right. Help desk seems to be equally frustrated when I call them to get them to attempt to repair. Ultimately the repair is always uninstall and reinstall.

I tested LEAN (version 1.4, though the version # doesn't seem to change even as newer versions are released) on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (SM-T550; 32GB) running Android 7.1.1. Firstly, the LEAN user guide discusses Optum ID and hasn't been updated to discuss the One Healthcare ID login authorization. When I started the app with a Wi-Fi connection, I was prompted for One Healthcare credentials and taken to a credentials profile page. So, as suggested by an earlier commenter, I started the app without a Wi-Fi connection ("offline" mode) and was prompted for a One Healthcare ID and PIN that I had created earlier. I exited LEAN at that point, turned on Wi-Fil, and restarted the app in online mode. This worked and the app displayed the Home page. One of the Home page functions is Reset Offline PIN. I tried it and it worked. HTH. I recommend that you test your LEAN instance on your tablet device before a client meeting. Best regards. “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Great...but only IF/WHEN it works. Incompatible with android's platform. Makes you appear incompetent in the field with it's instabilities. Doesn't work offline. Repeatedly install then uninstall; then when it loads upon attempting to login it just crashes!! Developers aware of issue since 2019 and yet remains unresolved. Most frustrating, inefficient, inept and unprofessional. I have a 2019 Samsung Galaxy Tab 10A & S10+ smartphone.

Need to reinstall every time, ugh!! For some reason when I enter my login, it takes me back to the main screen. It works for a couple days when I reinstall. It must be related to the updates. Annoying AF...

I always have to uninstall and reinstall to log into app. Called producer help desk and they provided zero assistance. I love everything else about lean except that frequently, I get error message saying I can not log in and have to uninstall and reinstall for login to work.

I can't log in connected to the internet or in offline mode. This app never works for me. I am on a Samsung E Tab. Very irritating. I can sign into optimum if I go through Google Chrome but not app.

This is the worse app ever! It constantly freezes, and won't even let you log in at times. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall daily. Awful awful awful!!
