My experience with this app up until the last week or so was absolutely phenomenal. I'm a pro user and have been for the past year, but now it won't let me use certain features as it brings me to the subscription payment screen. I paid the monthly one (which is $13.99AUD now) just incase I accidentally didn't have enough money to continue my current subscription ($7.99AUD for same features) and now I've wasted $14 and it's still giving me the same issue. I would really like my $14 back.

UX: Ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, some hope, nah.. ads, ads, ads, found the chords! Hooray! Oops hang on, here's another ad just in case you didn't see the ads. You guys can do better if you want to make less money. Plenty of other option out there fyi.

Honestly it's pretty buggy. All the tabs on computer are squished into a tiny screen. I know it's challenging to make it look good but it's that didn't justify it being bad either. The "stories" feature is alright but it's slow and clunky. Also it's so iintrusive with ads and more when you enter the app you are barraged with random videos. I just want to learn some music. Kinda sad this is the only one witha pre large database and community not ripping on UG as a whole the website is better

It's ok. I think it's improved since the last time I updated but the ads are annoyingly intrusive and it's not super intuitive to use. Will probably up the stars the more I use it. Edit: 07/09/2021 just tried to login with Google and was forced to subscribe. Not conducive to convincing me to purchase the service.

damn so much to offer on this little app not just a simple chords tabs sheet including a tuner ,metronome and various tool that beginners won't need to purchase while learning plus a whole community of singers and instrumentalists ,still learning but very much enjoying the process and loving seeing piano and ukulele lessons on offer too.Well done to the team for designing this awesome app

Adverts wont close. App doesnt open song selected. Just terrible. Update: we bought the paid version thinking it was better.. keeps crashing when auto-scrolling. Was only $20 but wont be re-subscribing next year.

Please help me on this , I have a problem, the other day all my music was in TAB and now it all in music notes , how do I get it back TAB readings please as it is less to me at the moment, it the first time it ever happened to me. Please help me. I love this app been a member for many years and my first ever problem..still get a 5 star rating from me..
