I was using this regularly, even though it costs a bit. But for the last week, I haven't been able to play. It downloads 2 packages, but only installs 1 of 2 and then says it can't connect. I emailed support a week ago, and I STILL haven't heard neck from them. And good luck finding them on any social media you reach out. This company made $70,000 LAST MONTH. You'd think that there would be decent customer service with that kind of income. Or... At least some kind of customer service.

So lame, you have to play the fast money round separate from the rest of the game. For me that misses the point, you are supposed to play the 3 rounds and if you win you get to move on to fast money, not purchase it separately. Also ticket time is ridiculously long, I know you want people to buy tickets but you have to give us a little help first, more ads for tickets, ect. I miss the old game Family Feud and Friends, that game was perfect!! Please bring it back or make this more like it!!

I love it, but I dislike that sometimes you watch the videos and do not get your coins. And the other BIGGEST part that is starting to turn me away is some of the answers mean the same thing I would write lol. Like money and wallet were in the same category. Isn't that pretty much the same thing? This is consistently too.

The game as of 12/5/2021 have been off and on freezing for two weeks. In the middle of a game the app closes down. Causing you to lose the coins. The game is entertaining just need the answer part updated better. If you do not input the answer the way the game has you receive a X. I said Vest the answer was orange vest received a X. The answer was Dirty Joke and I said Joke received a X. Just a couple examples needs a upgrade.

The game is pretty good and coincidentally just like the real show. For example, just like the real show there are always stupid answers that make no sense. Also just like the show, you need to be very specific or else you don't get any points. Like recently I typed 'animal' but that was not an answer. However snake and spider were. You also can't type too fast or else the words won't space or you'll end up deleting or misspelling something. Besides that the game is fine.

I was very disappointed in this game. Several times I got a correct answer for instance; What's something you might do to look younger? I said "change hair", it didn't accept that but showed "dye hair" as an acceptable response. Isn't that the exact same thing? I answered motor bike to a question, it wasn't accepted but motorcycle was. Not the same thing? After this happening in every single round I played in the few minutes I had the game downloaded, I uninstalled it. Again, very disappointing.

This is the most expensive app there is to be able to play. There isn't even an option to pay say $20 to get unlimited games. You just have to fork over $5 for 5 games. Too bad this game got licensed to a money grubbing company.

In FAST MONEY mode, you could be on question 5/5 while the opponent is on 1/5 but when you type in your answer, it will say it's already been chosen. It's almost impossible to win fast money because of this. We should be able to choose the same answer, just give extra points to who said it first just like in classic mode. Considering deleting because of this. This is my favorite part of the game but not worth playing when everything you say has already been picked bo matter how fast you are.

This app is the glitchiest, most rigged, dishonest piece of junk I've ever seen. It does everything in its power to make you lose the game, make you lose coins (even choosing high amounts for you!! 🤬 ) trying to get u to spend money, which I WILL NEVER DO! So I'll show u Family Feud app from you know where. Take this bad review and put it u know where.

The game is fun when you actually play, but bogged down servers and having to have tickets to enter a game kills the gameplay. You shouldn't need to pay coins and a ticket to play a simple game. Fix these now.
