The stock of items in the app is never updated. Items mostly show out of stock, even when there's ample stock in the store. Using this app is a fruitless exercise because the stock details are ALWAYS out of sync with the reality.

the interface between your payment module & the app isn't that great.. once paid, I'll have to cancel the transaction in your app to get the payment successful message.. guess the auto refresh isn't working

Need to work a lot on ease of access. Also order history should include a tab for progress on return/exchange requests. I have not yet recieved any mail or message intimation for my return request and how it will be proceeded further. Apart from this, the items out of stock are also shown available which is pointless. And the cart updation takes lot of time leaving you confused. Their products are amazing but the app is gonna take them down since most of the us are shopping online in pandemic

Never seen such a poorly designed app for a major brand. Very much non-conventional in features and design. Missing several major, common sense options. Can't even share a product from the app. I don't understand why Uniqlo is trying to reinvent the wheel by using a poorly made custom website and app - instead of simply using any ready, tried and tested platform. It's difficult to find past orders, current cart, share products, Return Products etc.

Extremely poor app and customer service. I can't trust them anymore. I ordered a pair of pants and a top for my wife on 18 August, 2021. The money had been debited from my bank account but the order is not showing in the Order History section of the app. I didn't get a confirmation email about the order as well. What kind of robbery is this? I would select COD if there was an option but there's isn't any. Mailed their customer service but they will take another 2-3 working days to reply. Lol

Just can't believe that this is the official shopping app for UNIQLO. This app is just horrible. It's very uneasy, uncomfortable and unconvenient to use. Very bad developer. Why don't you just make like any other shopping app? Otherwise it's one of the most famous fashion brands and everyone loves UNIQLO but you just ruined it.
