The app is great with one exception... Under Bill Pay when you choose a Payee the AMOUNT field is constantly wonky. For some reason (maybe convenience??) it lists the previous amount you paid. You have to hit your Back / delete button to remove the numbers it and it does not fully work. Most of the time, you have to hit the Back button on each character 2-3 times before the number vanishes.

Used to be a great app! However, the latest update has made the app unusable with my device (Pixel 5). I get the company logo on a white background. Everything is up-to-date and I uninstalled/reinstalled, turned device off/on again, and gave it a few days before leaving a review in case it was a backend issue being fixed. Seems like it's not. Really sad to be unable to use mobile banking.

App generally works fine, but I can't mobile deposit checks. No matter the image quality I'm told "Oops, take another photo." Super inconvenient when you don't live near a branch and you depend on paper checks to pay the bills.

Ever since the last update, about every second or third time I go to open the app, it says for security I have to log in with credentials even though I have biometrics enabled, (always have). I also keep losing my external accounts view and access and have to add them in.

Edit- all is well and back to normal and I love having my bank right on my phone Everything was great until they required an online update for the username (which made sense). But now it won't let me log on the app, new credentials or old. I know my password is correct because I can log onto the website no problem. I miss being able to quickly view my information securely on my phone.
