Horrible. Several features don't load, couldn't link my credit card to the wallet which made me and my husband's experience very inconvenient and frustrating since we had to carry our card around the park. I also have trouble logging back in although I never changed my password (it was saved to my phone). Need to fix the glitches!

Something got wrong while scanning my ticket and app log out of my account. I can't log back on since the app says password is wrong. I even did forgot my password and reset it and still cannot log back on. Thank goodness I also had a paper copy of my ticket. Otherwise I could have wasted my money.

All the online help features that point to the app are useless when the menu items they tell you to go to aren't on the menu. Why is the virtual line menu item only available in the iPhone version of the app?

Still no mobile order. Dining hasn't been updated since Carnevale. No virtual line access. Wait times are not available Velocicoaster has not been added to thrill rides. At least HHN tickets are available after the August update.

It's helpful at times, but it never updated so several features do not work and information is out of date.

Ideas for improvement: 1. You should be able to see restaurant wait times and make a dinner reservation at any Universal restaurant in this app. 2. You should be able to check in to your hotel room using this app. 3. You should be able to see your personal schedule of activities, such as Shutterbuttons session and meal reservations. 4. This app should take Universal gift cards as a form of payment.

Access control is a mess. Universal Express, My Universal Photos, hotel keys, and park tickets are all separate systems. And 3/4 of them work off barcodes instead of NFC. Compare this to Disney, where everything is combined into a Key to the World and can even be added to Google Pay to be tapped. Please copy your competitor. ^^

I've had app for just a few hours...already proving to be a huge disappointment. Trying to buy tickets, it wouldn't let me enter cc#, only let me scan my card...it scanned, but the app froze & wouldn't register. I finally added the card to my wallet, and then I was able to use that card at checkout. Now I'm trying to buy Express Passes... nothing but errors. Won't let me buy anything. I thought I'd try signing out & signing back in...but now it won't recognize my email & password. Grrrrr

Outside of displaying your ticket this app is not very useful. It has a tone of bugs and things like setting the filters to find wait times dont work. Simply needs to be improved.

Can't scan tickets or fast passes into the app. Just gives a generic error. Completely useless so just bring your printed tickets and fast pass papers.
