Unresponsive team. Slow app with the slowest money deposit structure. The app does not show any kind of notification at all. I personally recommended using zebpay to achieve greater results. The response team is slow as hell. They don't care about you. All they care is about the money you deposit. I myself had my deposited money being late three times. The recent time they didn't even respond even after me messaing them around four to five times. And don't even think of calling them.

Everything is fine but their fees is very high compared to other crypto wallets. Going to transfer all my crypto balance to Coinbase or something else. Very high charges and fees. Pleaae reduce it.

This charges you so much fees that sometimes you even pay for looking through the app And one more thing,you only give money to the app and there's no going back withdrawal nothing.....they have other options where you can recharge and do stuff that doesn't work too Please don't use this app

You have to worry about this app. There is a lot of problem with doing kyc. If there is a 10 or 20 year old photo in your pen card and id card, then these people will not accept it because at present our photo and our appearance changes a bit. It will bother you a lot to get your ID. This app does not provide any help or support. Troublesome apps. I am logged out. Do not work in such apps.

Very Bad Money Deposit Methods - it takes forever to add funds to your account. Because you have to do everything manually and by the time funds get added the opportunities to invest lapse. Very disappointing app.

Very worst experience, they take too long to process the deposited amount. _-----_-----@ After waiting for more than a month also I still didn't get my refund, now customer care chat app is disabled for me and their customer care member doesn't work always. Hello Unocoin team, Still I have not received the refund amount. Have you remitted the amount? Really annoying it took so long. You confirm that amount already transferred to my account and check after 5-7 days but still it didn't reflect

It's the worst crypo app for beginners, there's so many limitations, charges, minimum transaction amount and there's huge price difference of crypto from other apps. I waited 4 days for my kyc verification just to find the most useless crypto exchange app. Although it's user interface is quite good. This app can be good for beginners in the crypto world if just remove or minimise the minimum transaction amount.
