Needs WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many permissions, and doesn't fail gracefully. If I don't want you to have microphone you should say "ok but calls won't work", same with the ability to change system settings. I don't care that you want to change permissions, let me read texts WITHOUT letting you do whatever you want. Idc if that will make it harder to get calls. Code better.

Simply the worst phone company ever Horrible service, my phone is useless every weekend from early saturday to monday morning. They kept promising they will fix it and are working onit (for freaking 6 momths!) Not only does the costumer service and the phones cellular service suck, they lie to try and keep you around with absolutely no effort to fix any major issues you will incounter.

This app was great, in the end the call quality when it connected through Google voice was very good at least most of the time and it had the ability to read SIM cards to monitor data renew and upgrade plans from both FreedomPop and Unreal Mobile Legend plan Sim Cards. Seems they retired the servers on FreedomPop and Unreal Mobile a few day ago. Really going to miss it. The SIM cards are still making me money with Doordash though, hoping to keep enough active and Google voice has so improved too

App stopped working yesterday. Reinstalled and now it says can't communicate with server. Their website won't log me in either. Horrible service when it's "working" as well.

Crashes so often, its difficult to make a phone call through the app. Usually, the data is fairly reliable, so I recommend calling via a third party app like Facebook messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, or anything else. Like I said, data is usually reliable, but there are some days cost over performance really makes you reconsider this product.

UNREAL has had its problems over the years but is solid now. They have a premium SIM which allows you to not rely on the app for texting. I enjoy the app but can't sign up for certain services that require a cell phone # with the mobile number on the old SIM...so definately get the Premium SIM!

today I've been calling over 6 times trying to get help with my voicemail access problems. Both tech supports were maxed out and couldn't help, only relying to telling me to email you guys at ( Tech support). Not before the one phone texh support had me change VPN and now I dont have access to the network or voicemails. Only to rely on using phone while connected to wifi. Very often I do not receive phone calls and text messages that others send me, and my girlfriend who also has Unreal, experiences the same problem aswel. On top of that, the internet speed is ridiculously slow most of the time, definitely not 4G.

This app is in development stage. Cons: 1. Development in app is a must. Always crashes. 2 . Always have to have mobile data on to make or receive phone calls. Big problem. I use up all my LTE data just by living. 3. "Cannot connect to network" error message. Even if I have 4G LTE. 4. Will get error an message when trying to make a phone call, after waiting 5 seconds, and remember this is after trying to place a phone call 10times and rebooting the app. The poor quality of the app is wasting my time. 5. No customer service on weekends or holidays. Don't let it wast yours. Don't buy their service. Junk. Good things I can say. If the app was running... 1. Navigation was top-notch. 2. Color choices within the app was aesthetically pleasing. 3. Cheapest plan. 4. Phone made and received phone calls off of wifi. No problems. This is also the only way to make phone calls. Make it so I can make phone calls without having to turn on mobile data and keep the app from crashing, and stop the long wait times before the call is placed then I will buy your services.

After having used the service for 3 months I plan on canceling in the next few days. The app crashes constantly on both inbound and outbound phone calls. The app will just crash on its own while sitting in the background. After testing the quality of the internet you get from this company I routinely see 200ms of latency to every server that I test to. The AT&T network does not seem to be the issue and I will assume that the infrastructure that unreal mobile has is garbage. If all you plan on using the SIM card for is cheap data on a device that you will not need to text or make phone calls from it may be fine for that. I may use the service for that need in the future but that will be the only thing I use it for. Unreal mobile really needs to fix their app or I do not see the GSM option with them being viable for anyone. I am in network engineer by trade and very technical and this app is pure garbage. If I am unable to have even an okay experience with this then I feel for anybody who is non-technical trying this company out.
